I have full trust in her judgment and appreciate how she consults with the mechanics as to the best approach to handling a repair. So too, the mechanics working on my car for the past several years, have all been top notch. I think Albany Dodge has some of the best mechanics in Albany. I have never had to bring the car back because a repair was done inadequately. In fact, as a car repair hobbyist, I have always been amazed at the superior work the mechanics have done on some of the more difficult jobs that I have given them. Anyone who has any difficulties locating a good repair shop should bring their work to Annette Krebs and Albany Dodge, since they will be very satisfied. More

I have always been happy with Albany Dodge in the past.This time when I brought my 2010 Dodge Journey in for service,I asked the girl to make a note that my Lo Wash light keeps coming on.When I picke past.This time when I brought my 2010 Dodge Journey in for service,I asked the girl to make a note that my Lo Wash light keeps coming on.When I picked my truck up and drove away,the light came on.Also,this visit they did not put paper down on driver's side floor.I had just vacuumed the car and there was dirt on my rugs.Also,this visit I was not asked if I was waiting or leaving the vechicle.I wasted 3 hours,only to find that the truck was ready much earlier. I had great service....I think the dealership should consider oil changes as free maintenance if you purchase a car from them. I was having no issues with my car until I went to have 4 new tires put on. After this was done there was a low air level light and I called the dealership to tell them. The response was it wasn't a big d new tires put on. After this was done there was a low air level light and I called the dealership to tell them. The response was it wasn't a big deal the sensors have to be reset so bring it in when you have time. When I brought in my vehicle for an oil change they looked at the sensors and said that 2 of them were broken and cost $76 a piece to fix. As there was no problem before I had new tires put on in their service department, and right after the sensor light was on I expected them to fix the TWO sensors which had been broken when they put on the new tires. I explained that I could overlook one of these being ruined but when putting 4 tires on to have 2 sensors not work after shows that they broke them and would not budge on replacing them. I am in the process of getting paperwork together to check the probability of 2 of them breaking at the same time, my phone records showing that I called right after receiving new tires and getting this issue fixed by those who broke it. I will not be returning to albany dodge for any type of service. If they corrected the issue, that would have been fine, but I don't enjoy being lied to. More
