I had an appointment one day and was told by aimee that I didn't. Then i brought it back the next saturday for service and my car is still making a noise. At the time the warranty covered it but i'm sure my warranty won't cover the problem now so I will have to pay for whatever the problem is and it has to do with the exhaust still!!! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, NYS inspection, and tire rotation. I did not have an appointment, but I was able to drop my vehicle off and pick it up later in the day. The only complaint that I had was that one of the coupons offered a fee car wash in small print and the vehicle did not get washed. More
The service requested was an oil change and to check and top off all fluids. I specifically asked the customer service rep to have the technician top off the antifreeze because the level was at the minimum top off all fluids. When I got home after the service appointment, I checked the antifreeze reservoir and it was not touched. I called Destination Nissan and asked if I could bring the car back to have the antifreeze topped off. They said no problem. My wife drove the car back a couple of days later and requested the antifreeze be topped off. A technician tended to the car. When my wife came home, I checked under the hood and the reservoir level was only slightly higher. I give up!!! Why couldn't you simply top off the level to the max indicator which is where it probably should be as per the owners manual???? Who has the time to make a return trip for such a simple thing that should have been addressed the very first time? What is even more frustrating is that I specifically asked for the reservoir to be topped off. Your level of service could be top-notch but when simple things like this get over looked, the overall service reputation takes a major and unnecessary negative hit. Do you agree? More
Brought the Nissan in for my 1st service with Destination Nissan. The service manager (Tony) was kind and easy to work with, but the amount of time had taken for a simple oil change and tire rotation was una Nissan. The 90-minute wait for the simple maintenance service will make me think twice about bringing it back to Destination. Unsure if this is typical or unusual. Recommend them for the larger maintenance service intervals, but would recommend Jiffy Lube to others looking for a quick oil change or tire rotation. John More

This was my first time having my Nissan Xterra serviced at this dealership. Previously, I found other dealerships overcharging and performing unnecessary work. Aimee and Carlos were fantastic. Service writer understood my needs and tech was on of the best I ever saw. Aimee kept the cost less than I expected.
