I did not purchase my Nissan from there however we have been going here to have our vehicle serviced. Every time we bring the vehicle in for a specific issue it never seems to show up there. They still cha been going here to have our vehicle serviced. Every time we bring the vehicle in for a specific issue it never seems to show up there. They still charge us a deductible. No sooner than we pull out of the lot does the issue show up again... schedule ANOTHER visit... suddenly there is the issue... and another deductible. Destination Nissan has had my vehicle for over a week and it is STILL NOT FIXED after being promised 2 separate days it would be done. Every time you call the service department no one answers so you are playing a game of phone tag. I have NEVER been more dissatisfied with a service department and I would NEVER ever recommend anyone to go there. More

i went into the nissan dealer without an appointment for my regular oil/filter change and had no problem what so ever getting my car in and out. I take my nissan to the dealer for my service whenever neede my regular oil/filter change and had no problem what so ever getting my car in and out. I came in for a review of the exhaust and drive shaft of my new 2012 Frontier. It showed a little more surface rust then expected with less the 1700 miles on it and I thought it would be best to have tech my new 2012 Frontier. I was given a prompt appointment and arrived with my service technician waiting for my arrival. He reviewed my truck, advised me on the condition, and even took the time to personally explain to me his conclusion and what contributing research he did to come to this. Easy, friendly,reasonable, convenient service. My only issue was that I saw my car was ready, but it took nearly 20 minutes before someone came to inform me .
