What is most appreciated is the time and effort put into searching and fixing the issues reported when you arrive for service. On both visits, there were problems which needed resolving. The team made sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction before I left. They also took road tests with me to be sure they fixed what I reported. This is a great group of techs. I also appreciate the respect they show to their customers. It is so rare these days! More

I was allowed to take delivery of a vehicle which clearly had a serious problem, i.e. passenger air bag was not functioning.
