I went in to get an oil change, and I left my wallet on the front seat of my car. Not thinking much of it, I let it go and waited for my service to be complete. When I got back in to my car, I noticed $100 the front seat of my car. Not thinking much of it, I let it go and waited for my service to be complete. When I got back in to my car, I noticed $100 was missing from my wallet. I called the dealership and the first manager said it was not his problem, so I had to go back, talk to about 6 different people who all told me I shouldn't be so trusting and they were not liable. Last time I checked, money doesn't just get up and walk out of wallets, so it's clear someone stole the money. The dealership made me call the police, and refused to call the employee back who was working on my car. Still have not heard anything about it, not even an apology. Worst experience in customer service I have ever had, and I would rather pay for every oil change my car will ever need than to deal with these jerks ever again. Awful awful awful customer service. It was bad enough things went wrong during the leasing process. I guess this dealership is just all around terrible, from the sales room to the body shop. I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER tell anyone to go to Destination Nissan, you will end up wasting your time, and possibly loosing your hard earned cash from the thieves they have decided to employ. More
Great service. Although they did not have my appointment in the computer, they took my truck in when I arrived and had the service completed in a timely manner. in the computer, they took my truck in when I arrived and had the service completed in a timely manner. More
I went to Destination Nissan in July of 2013 to have my oil changed. They changed the oil. After the job was done, I went to complete the paper work and I had to argue with the service advisor, as he did n oil changed. They changed the oil. After the job was done, I went to complete the paper work and I had to argue with the service advisor, as he did not want to accept a coupon that the dealership had issued me. After about five minutes of arguing, he finally accepted it. He was also kinda of rude to me. More
At the time of delivery 4/3/2013, a 3000 mile checkup and oil change was scheduled for 7/22/2013 by the sales agent, on 7/17/2013 I recieved via US mail a reminder from Destination Nissan about my scheduled oil change was scheduled for 7/22/2013 by the sales agent, on 7/17/2013 I recieved via US mail a reminder from Destination Nissan about my scheduled appointment on 7/22/2013. On Monday 7/22/2013, 7:20 AM, I arrived at Destination Nissan for my scheduled appointment. At this time the service manager informed me that I was not on the schedule and that I would not be able to have my car serviced. I was very disappointed with this situation (seeing that it was previously scheduled by Nissan themselves) and through negotiations with the service manager, they were ultimatly able to complete my service in a timely manner (which they should have done in the first place). The service manager was very courteous & professional, but I am very unhappy with the Destination Nissan process. I hope my future service needs will not be as frustrating as my initial experience. I brought my wife's Rav4 in for a required oil change and tire rotation. We did not purchase the vehicle at Destination Nissan, however, I did purchase my truck there. I have been in for some services and tire rotation. We did not purchase the vehicle at Destination Nissan, however, I did purchase my truck there. I have been in for some services before and found the level of professionalism and attention to service was remarkable. This is not your typical dealership service office. They took notable care of my service requests and advised me on other items that would benefit our vehicle in the future. I would recommend Destination Nissan to anyone looking to have a vehicle serviced or to purchase one! Thanks guys! More
I was there for 4 hours , the price charged for changing 6 sparkplug was astronomical , and i spent 85.00 for nothing when no repair was made and a part for the fan wasnt available changing 6 sparkplug was astronomical , and i spent 85.00 for nothing when no repair was made and a part for the fan wasnt available More
I strongly dislike this place as well as the service I received from my service adviser Chris. Chris was very rude and pompous. I had to visit my great friend Dustin Rose from the body shop (& thank my l received from my service adviser Chris. Chris was very rude and pompous. I had to visit my great friend Dustin Rose from the body shop (& thank my lucky stars for him) to make any led way as to figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. Chris REFUSED to allow me to walk through the dealership and instead made me drive around the back to the body shop. I dropped my vehicle off for service at 8 AM and did not receive a call from the service department about what was wrong with my vehicle until I initiated contact with them five hours later. Even after calling and talking with Chris, they still did not know what was wrong with my vehicle after having it for five hours. (Oh yes, I did have an appointment scheduled with them) After being informed of what was wrong with my vehicle and instructing them to "fix" my car, I realized I had been charged $33 for parts but a whopping $262 for labor!!!!!!!! This is my fist and last Nissan vehicle ever!!!!! Let's not forget that I had paid (November 2011) out of pocket $4300 for a new engine after my original engine on my 2004 vehicle with 77k miles had coolant in three out of four of the cylinders. How does this even happen, I have no idea. But that's not the worst part of it all, they indirectly tried to tell me that my $4300 of out of pocket hard earned cash only warranted 12 months of Nissan's warranty. It's way too hard to find a honest and trustworthy vehicle or dealership. Absolutely no more Nissan for me. They will also never have to worry about getting any of my hard earned cash either!!!! More
We have been getting 2 cars serviced at this dealer since 2007, and, while the dealership has changed names over that time, our overall experience remains very positive. The service representatives generally 2007, and, while the dealership has changed names over that time, our overall experience remains very positive. The service representatives generally have been able to accommodate our scheduling needs and have been attentive to our concerns. The work has been done well. The waiting area is comfortable, and shuttle service has been readily available when needed. More
