Love coming in to the service center at Destination Nissan! Professional, FAST, and knowledgeable! I had a annual inspection scheduled, while waiting the tech pointed out that I was 2000 miles past m Nissan! Professional, FAST, and knowledgeable! They took care of that while I was there and it was all still done within the same time frame they said it would take for JUST the inspection! Would recommend them EVERY TIME! More

Well lets start by saying I purchased my 2012 Altima last April from Armory they were really great over there. Now with Destination Nissan the customer service waite what customer service . I have a white Altima had it in for rust spots all over they told me it was from the exhaust. Thought that was crazy as they are still all over my car. I delt with Mark W not a really friendly guy I had my car in for service for a few things wheel bearing noise could find anything wrong. Keep in mind I already had a wheel bearing replaced at around 34,000 miles. My windows where really slow doing down so they only did the front two not the rear two said to me people normally dont look at the rear windows. I can keep going on but one more thing I had my drivers side floor mat replace before 36,000 miles but now at 56,000 the mat has ripped again , they told me there is no longer a warrently on that as it was a 12 month 12,000 mile warrently . I stated seriously it isn't like brakes or tires that get constent wear and tear. Seriously all they need to do is give me one new mat and I would of been satisfied but NO . So with that said due to my past experiances I will not consider buying another Nissan next year from DESTINATION NISSAN as I love my Altima . No SERVICE left in customer service. So with that said you lost a customer and believe me word of mouth is a killer. More

The service representatives generally have been able to accommodate our scheduling needs and have been attentive to our concerns. The work has been done well. The waiting area is comfortable, and shuttle service has been readily available when needed. The most recent service was for routine maintenance and a NYS inspection; a repair need was identified that was necessary to pass inspection, and it was addressed expeditiously. More
I arrived at the service center bright and early in the morning (7:25 AM) and was immediately welcomed by Mark. I went there for regular maintance (oil/filter) also I had my snow tires put on for the winter months. This services took 1 hr. that I think is to long of a wait. I had to pick up my wife & was running late so I paid for the service & left. Looking over my invoice I notice I was charged $10.00 misc. for mount & balance 4 tires. I called your service dept. (ext 1207) person on the phone said it was for wheel weights, in all the years that I had my tires changed I never heard of being charged extra for balancing tires. I told the guy this & he said in his own words to bad we do charge for wheel weights. I told him he lost my bussiness I will never get service there again, he said OK, fine. My appointment was October 1, 2013 at 8am, The Service person that showed me where to park my car when I initially arrived was very friendly. The one I checked in with was not. I gave him my name and he told me that my name was not down for an appointment. I gave him the name of the person I made my appointment with a few weeks before along with the time and date. He acted as though it was my mistake that my name was not down for an appointment. He never acknowledged it was a mistake just instructed me where to sit. Mr. Olarinde came to me in the waiting area once my car was done to let me know about my car and to acknowledge and apologize for not putting my name down for an appointment. The cashier was also friendly. More

I came for an oil change. I mentioned to Bob that while I was on vacation the brake light came on. I foolishly touched the disk brake and burned my fingers. I have to note that while waiting in the customer service area two employees, one male and one female got into a verbal conflict. The male was obviously upset with the female and started the conflict. Several customers were in the area. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. The female had the good sense to remove herself from the scene. The male just kept on running his mouth. I was shocked that such unprofessional conduct would take place in public view like this. More
