Took my truck in for an oil change and to have a slow tire leak looked at. Mark walked me through everything from start to finish. They found that I had picked up a nail in the tire. Stopped in early morning because I was overdue for an oil change, didn't have an appointment so I was expecting to take the shuttle to work. Several days before Christmas 2013 my Jeep instrument cluster was reacting strangely. I contacted Destination Nissan and spoke with Annette Krebs regarding the problem She stated that my alternator was g cluster was reacting strangely. I contacted Destination Nissan and spoke with Annette Krebs regarding the problem She stated that my alternator was going and immediately provided me with a quote and offered to have the car serviced within a few hours from my calling. I stated I would wait a few days, perhaps until after Christmas. On Christmas eve, my alternator died and I had to be towed to Destination Nissan. The alternator was replaced within two hours and I was on my way. Had I listened to Annette in the first place, I would not have needed a tow truck. Even on Christmas Eve, I know I can always rely on Annette and Destination Nissan to take care of my Jeep at a reasonable price in a short period of time. More
