I called two days before my visit to schedule the service, stating that I had put several thousand miles on it and wanted it checked out. When the service man spoke to me on the day of the visit, he asked why i "wanted an inspection" since it had passed inspection in September 2013. I explained that I wanted the car checked out, not inspected. He called back to say that only the tires needed to be rotated. I OK'd that and paid $19.95 (he had told me the cost when he called) when I picked up the car. I must say that the young lady that takes the payments is very nice, friendly and polite. More
After purchasing a 2013 preowned Nissan Altima at another dealer. To my dismay, I discovered several problems from the interior lights, bluetooth, and the alternator. I took my vehicle into Destination Nissa dealer. To my dismay, I discovered several problems from the interior lights, bluetooth, and the alternator. I took my vehicle into Destination Nissan and was greeted by Ed. Ed informed me that the issues should all still be covered under the manufacturers warranty and they would make the car right. It took several visits to the Dealership because the parts were on order, but Ed kept me informed every step of the way as to where we were at. Ed offered assistance with a rental car and scheduling to make sure my needs were met. At the end of the day, the car was fixed and runs absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience from Ed or the service team at Destination Nissan. More

I brought my 2012 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by an advisor (Ed Olarinde) and he wrote up the work order and explained each step to me and asked if I had any questio tire rotation. I told him yes and he told me to have a seat in the customer waiting lounge, watch TV and have a cup of coffee and he would let me know as soon as my car was ready. The work was finished in a very reasonable amount of time and when Ed came to me with the billing, he explained it to me and again asked if I had any questions. He then wished me a good day, I paid and went to my car and left. A very pleasant experience. More
I had a few problems with my 2005 Nissan. Mark, Service Advisor, was very helpful and honest about the service I needed. I arrived for my oil change appointment and my car was immediately processed and taken away to the service department. After checking in with Ed, my oil change was completed in 30-40 minutes. Took my truck in for an oil change and to have a slow tire leak looked at. Mark walked me through everything from start to finish. They found that I had picked up a nail in the tire.
