Almost no directions or signs to let you know where to stop I'm writing this review of 2 incidents. The first was taking my ne Nissan in for service. There is a large sign indicating Service is to the left of sales. That's true but Kia service is also there and Kia Sales & Service are well identified. The Nissan service door is in a corner of the lot and has the word Service on it but the word Nissan is nowhere in sight. I went for this service on May 29th and the situation is the same today. Today, I took my car into the body shop. The body shop is identified by a single sign over the door. There are directive signs to Sales and Service (although the Service one is almost useless, above), but nothing to Leasing, Parts and/or Collision. So I told my son to go on the right of the Nissan Sales to the back of the building. Today there is major construction going on and NO additional hint signs of where to find anything. When my son arrived he saw the Service sign and followed. In this lot the are no Nissan signs, even though the service entrance is there. Not knowing where to go he texted me to say he was here in the front of the building. I walked down the drive to the Nissan entrance because I thought the construction would be a problem. So he is in the service area parking lot and I am on the street sidewalk in front of the car leasing. Even though the construction didn't help, with cars parked ALL over the lots there was no eye view between us. Yes, we did find each other, but our communication was very hampered by having no real sign indicators to use. Being a new Nissan buyer this has an extremely annoying impression. Allan Kotmel More

Always a pleasant visit to Destination Nissan I can honestly say I enjoyed myself when I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday. Sean in the service department made sure I felt right at hom I can honestly say I enjoyed myself when I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday. Sean in the service department made sure I felt right at home and made the experience a great one, from the flexibility of scheduling an appointment around my work hours on the phone, to the time I spent there. I do have to say it took longer than expected, but they were swamped, and I understand that sometimes emergencies happen. Overall, I can't say enough great things about this dealership- I have told everyone who is looking for a new car to visit them. Not only is my Certified Pre-Owned Nissan in tip-top shape, requiring no more than regular oil changes for the past 2 years, the entire experience of buying my first car was painless and actually fun with Destination Nissan. Electronic starter We have a 2011 Cube, love the car - it has an electronic starter & every now & then it wouldn't start. It happened to both me & my husband. After 10 We have a 2011 Cube, love the car - it has an electronic starter & every now & then it wouldn't start. It happened to both me & my husband. After 10+ tries, it would start but then 2 warning lights would come on - ABS & traction. By the time we got it to Destination Nissan, the problem has resolved itself & could not be replicated. It happened again & again it couldn't be replicated - the brake pedal was adjusted, which seemed to fix the problem. 1.5 weeks later it happened again. Brought it in again & this time, when the brake pedal was examined & it was found the signal was not working. So glad they found the problem - such diligence, I'm very grateful for everyone's efforts. More
