Brakes again. I purchased my used 2011Nissan Altima from a local Chevy Dealership and believe I couldn't have gotten a better price at any Nissan Dealership! My car had a brake job four months prior and it was more than obvious it was needed again. I wanted to get the job done correctly and felt that going to a dealer for service would put original parts in and get my car back to prime operation. Called Destination Nissan and brought my car in for service at the appointed time, no problems. The car was taken care of promptly. I received a phone call with a price estimate and asked if additional service could be done (brake fluid flushed and replaced) with the cost all up front. Two hours was needed to complete the job and the car was done timely. As my first experience at destination Nissan was a pleasant one. More

Gave me an estimate on length of time to take care of the problem as well as do oil change. Arranged for transportation to my job downtown. Called me later and car was ready as promised. He explained what the problem was with TMPS and that it was now corrected. When I arrived back at your dealership, Sean had my paperwork ready and I was out in a few minutes. Sean is a reason why a customer would come back to your dealership. He is courteous and efficient in his dealing with me as a customer. Also the young lady at the cashier's office was also polite and efficient. More
