However, I had been sold a keyfob by a third party that was the sole purpose for my visit to this dealer. The service rep. accepted this and told me how much it would be to program the car to use it. He, like me assumed it was the right part for my car. 2 hours later he gave me a call to let me know that he felt the rear shocks needed to be replaced on the car, and despite a higher price than a local shop would charge for this service I agreed to the additional work (around 450 with alignment). The following day he called me to tell me that the keyfob I had gotten from an outside source was not compatible with my vehicle. Maybe this is a better thing to investigate before you agree to do service? I accepted this as my issue and left without the only thing I really needed done to the car being completed. However, despite getting 450 for the shocks, another 2K (his estimate) for recall work, they decided to also charge me $85 for the failed programming. I take responsibility for it being my part, but 2 things will keep me from going back. 1. why would Nissan make keyfobs so similar on their surface that a service tech cannot tell you by looking at them that they are for different vehicles? 2. after taking more than $2500 in service fees for my visit, why would they not comp the failed attempt to program the FOB. They charge an hour of service to plug in a computer and try to program, I am suspect that it takes that long. More

The Only Nissan Place Had my Murano serviced at Destination ...again..and again...and again. Always had great experience. Service done quickly and properly. My car always washed and ready for me right after service. Great atmosphere at the waiting area. And most of all employees of Destination Nissan. I've worked with few service writers and managers, and they made sure my car was checked and fixed only for problem it had. I never felt pressured. I want to point out Ed in Service, who made service at this shop courteous and professional. Great place. I won't service my car anywhere else. More

From the moment I pulled up, through the check-in process, and the wait in the bright attractive waiting room (with coffee, donuts and popcorn), and the verbal report on the state of my car (with matter-of-fact recommendations but no pressure to add other services now), and the check-out, and the drive away, this was an ideal service experience. I felt as if everyone who dealt with me or with my car was customer-oriented, and focused on completing the service without wasting my time. I've often heard that dealers try to twist your arm to pay for other things, not so with Destination. Yet when I'm ready for other service, I'll surely consider Destination. I trust them and appreciate the way they do business. More
Fixed my Bella I had my car for 2 months with extended warranty. So over the weekend my 2009 altima would not start. Had to towed over night and then to Destination Nissan the next morning. Ed called me to let me know that my car had arrived. He made sure to keep in contact with me (even with me calling continuously) found out it was my Steering was locked which Nissan has a warranty on forever. So therefore my warranty was not used to this repair. They covered all cost and even washed my car (exterior).I thought i would not have my car until mid day, but Ed called me about 9am and informed me that my car was ready for pick up. I am so glad i chose Destination Nissan to get my car instead of going to a used car dealer and getting lemon. Thanks More

I brought my vehicle in on very short notice but was given every respect with every pleasantry. I was notified when my vehicle was ready which was several hours earlier than i had expected. Thank you for a great experience and more so the feeling at ease going to a dealership knowing i will get what i need , when i need it , and all at a very fair cost. More
