Mr. Lindsay, I apologize that we did not have parts in stock for your last visit and they did not come in as anticipated. Your service advisor should have went over the parts process which is typically anywhere from 3-5 business days to fulfill. It looks like your order arrived within that time frame and your advisor reached out to schedule your appointment. In regards to your previous repairs, unfortunately sometimes parts do fail, and as such Nissan supports all dealer installed genuine parts with a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. From your history it looks like after replacing the faulty (new) part under this warranty your issue has been resolved.
