Service dept was great! Chad was excellent. Our vans transmission was shot and I thought was beyond the warranty. Chad made the whole process easy. We had a New Transmission Chad was excellent. Chad had every thing covered under warranty. Came to pick up the van on a miserable rainy day. One of the service advisors ran out to pull the van inside so we did not have to get soaking wet. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with refreshments while you wait, and the wait is not ridiculously long!! Excellent service again!! I deal with Chad Richardson when I go in. Not that the other guys aren't good but I've dealt with Chad since we bought our 2016 Juke brand new.
