I've had two interactions with this service department so far, all about replacing a power connector in the truck cab. My ask was simple. Inspection. The inspection went fine with nothing to worry about. They had to attach a license plate holder and chose to attach the sDealership plate Inspection. Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Also asked Mike to have service look at rear area, hear a noise while backing up, result of being rear ended while stopped at a traffic light. I had a State inspection and oil change. I asked about the free oil change and tie rotation plan I received when purchasing. In that it was not in the data base Steve Kane walked the contract to the General Manager and got it approved. This is the second time Steve has gone out of his way to assist. The appointment took about an hour and they even washed the truck. Great job! More
