Overpriced and didnt get my problem fixed Eric was friendly and helpful but my technician was awful. I had a squeaking noise in my suspension and the tech said that it was the dust shield hitt Eric was friendly and helpful but my technician was awful. I had a squeaking noise in my suspension and the tech said that it was the dust shield hitting the rotor and he claimed that he drove it around and the noise was gone. However, the noise was still there when i drove. He also gave me a recommendation on what else to fix. He said that "the control arm could be the problem". I know that that's not the problem. I shouldn't have to get 5 things replaced and pay for it to fix my issue. I will fix the problem myself. More
