Experience was good My visit was okay until I looked at my bill when I got home. I was charged for a tire rotation when this service was not done to my vehicle. Dustin talked to me about it and told me the mechanic said the front tires are better then the back so they’re not going to rotate. He told me he would note that it would be free on my next visit, but how will we know I will need a rotation on my next visit? I’m also getting new tires put on so I will probably not need it. I’m asking if you can cut a check for the rotation amount and tax and mail it to me. Thank you. More
