Upon arriving, my truck was quickly take into the service bay and the upcoming work was described in detail to me. The waiting area was comfortable, even though the wait was less than an hour. This included an inspection and washing of my truck outside of the oil change and tire rotation. When it was completed, I was alerted first via email and then the service adviser, Eric, detailed the inspection and made sure my experience was worthwhile. It absolutely was. More
