On the way I missed my exit and got turned around. When I finally arrived at the dealer I was 30 minutes late. I was a little shook up and apologetic. I was told not to worry, these things happen, we will get you taken care of. Since my prior oil change I have noticed a marked difference in the level of customer service in a positive way. I like this. More
