It’s ridiculous that all of your employees tell customers that we have to give them a rating of 10 or else they’ll “get screamed at by their boss” or “won’t get paid”. The staff were amazing. I called Lukas because I wasnt sure how to make an appointment to get my car serviced. I am very pleased with both the auto repair and service center people I had contact with. They were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Also giving costs of the work, which I found extremely helpful. To be truthful I stopped bring my car into Nissan dealerships I felt I was being taken advantage of. But I have definitely changed my mind after this experience. More
