Chad was very informative with explaining everthing about my vehicle. When I brought it in for an inspection amd oil change I added a note about my air conditioning blowing hot air. Chad got right on top of that and called me immediately to make sure I knew that they were going to do a diagnostic and then contact me with the results. Chad callede to let me know the air conditioning compressor needed to be replaced, he scheduled my service appointment and let me know that I could drop off the vehicle the night before if that was more convenient for me. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I just love the complimentary car wash every time my vehicle needs service. The multi point inspection is also an absolutely wonderful feature. Chad always goes above and beyond when I deal with him. He is a good asset for Nissan. More dealerships need service representatives like him. More
