For some time, I have had my Nissan Rogues serviced at Destination Nissan in Albany and have always found them very helpful and respectful. Recently, I encountered an untimely problem with my Rogue. The Destination Nissan Service Dept was extremely helpful in identifying the source of the problem, explaining my options, and assisting me in resolving the issue. My 2023 Titan XD Pro4x had a factory defect on the rear body panel. The truck went to Destination Nissan's collision repair center, where Fred and Chuck performed the difficult and detailed work needed to body panel. The truck went to Destination Nissan's collision repair center, where Fred and Chuck performed the difficult and detailed work needed to complete the repairs. When everything was completed, I was Absolutely Amazed at the superior workmanship and attention to detail Fred and Chuck put into performing the repairs. The Truck looked better than New! Seriously, these two couldn't have done a better job! I have Never had a dealership (Fred and Chuck) go this far above and beyond to make everything right. I will definitely be recommending them for anyone looking for quick, professional service! Thank you. More

They were there for us, when on the way to NYC, the control arm of our Altima broke. They rented us a car at a very reasonable rate, and we were on our way again in under an hour. When we returned in t control arm of our Altima broke. They rented us a car at a very reasonable rate, and we were on our way again in under an hour.
