I've lived in this area most of my life, and, therefore, have tried this dealer on many occasions. (No other nearby Dodge dealer.) Over the years, little has changed, except for them to become even less rep have tried this dealer on many occasions. (No other nearby Dodge dealer.) Over the years, little has changed, except for them to become even less reputable. Sales staff does NOT know the vehicles they sell, and are extremely poor at getting requested info. Meaningless promises & bold faced lies, are common. I have only allowed the service department to work on my vehicles whilst under their warranty... and, even then, they were always trying to tell me the problem was something they shouldn't even cover, and/or sell unneeded service. NOT ONCE were any of the cars' problems ever fixed on the "first try"... and, few on the second. Recurring brake problems addressed in Dodge's own Tech. Bulletins, and a wiring harness recall were both denied as problems by their service manager, and when I produced the actual documents, he had the nerve to try to convince me that my vehicles weren't included, despite the VIN numbers falling w/i the listed ranges. This dealer has a very poor local reputation, and has earned every word of it. More
In my shopping for vehicles, it is rare to come across a dealership that is as poorly run as this one. Salespeople rarely last three months, and even those who do seem to have little or no knowledge of the dealership that is as poorly run as this one. Salespeople rarely last three months, and even those who do seem to have little or no knowledge of their product (e.g. the lady who took half an hour to find out whether or not a standard-length Caravan could be had with a power seat). The allegedly discounted prices are a crock, and the inventory is spotty. Getting a final price is an art form involving coconut shells and a guy named "Fast Eddie" - plan on spending the better part of a Saturday there if you really want to buy from them. Unless the cars are being given away, this is a dealer best avoided at all costs. More
