I went in for service for a left tie rod, alignment, and inspection. I walked out spending 3x as much as I wanted to due to other issues with the vehicle that I purchased from this same dealership less than inspection. I walked out spending 3x as much as I wanted to due to other issues with the vehicle that I purchased from this same dealership less than a year ago. No fault to the service department, the repairs were completed, but I was very disappointed it was not covered by warranty. Travis was very calm and apologized for the inconvenience and explained my options. Overall his professionalism was outstanding and I appreciate his explaining the services needed, cost, and why this work needed to be performed. The service department themselves were friendly from the time we walked in until the time we left. Transportation was offered and payment options were available to assist me in how to pay. I appreciate what Albany Dodge did for us and would recommend their service department overall. More
