I have bought many cars over the last 30 years, but I have to say dealing with Albany Dodge has changed my mind on how a car buying experience can be. I expressed to Vinny what my bottom line was and th have to say dealing with Albany Dodge has changed my mind on how a car buying experience can be. Sold me a car with no title.after 4 months they gave me every story in the book why they couldnt get it.then couldnt get it financed after i sighned a loan contract that was aproved 4 months earlier.they d every story in the book why they couldnt get it.then couldnt get it financed after i sighned a loan contract that was aproved 4 months earlier.they didnt give the contract back to the bank because they didnt have the title.i called the bank on the first payment due date,they told me i dont have a loan with them.I decided it was best to give the car back and go elsewere.Now no more happy "VINCE".he says he is reporting the car and dealer tag that they put on and sent me home with stolen.This is the true colors of the crooks you would be dealing with.feel free to call me for a reference.607 267 3186 More

Took vehicle in 2 days ago for several issues NOT related to cooling system. Got vehicle back yesterday with issues fixed, but the cooling system was suddenly leaking. Brought it to their attention, they t to cooling system. Got vehicle back yesterday with issues fixed, but the cooling system was suddenly leaking. Brought it to their attention, they told me that they did not do anything with the cooling system and had no idea why it was leaking, even asked me if it leaked before. They replaced a hose and gave it back to me. Took it home, found that it was still leaking. Took it back today, now they claim that they did replace the radiator cap on first visit because it was not holding any pressure. Rememeber I said that I was having NO issues with the cooling system as in it held water, it did not leak, and it did not over heat, etc even with the loose radiator cap. Nor did I ask them to check the colling system. Apparently replacing the cap has now caused me to have multile leaks in my hoses. Could not fix it today asked me to take it back in two days when parts arrived. I am very unhappy with this situation. I need my van to work with and this has put me in a weird situation for work. Albany Dodge is great to do business with. Last Sunday my husband and I were out test driving all different kinds of vehicles. I was looking to trade in my car for an AWD car or SUV. I hadn't even thoug my husband and I were out test driving all different kinds of vehicles. I was looking to trade in my car for an AWD car or SUV. I hadn't even thought about a truck, but was open to looking. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Vinny Notaro. He was very patient and kind in answering all of my many questions and showing us the various truck models, even though we told him we were "just looking". After looking at several trucks, it soon became very clear that I was going to get the best "bang for my buck" from Albany Dodge - the only question was could we make a good deal? I had a figure in my head for what I wanted my monthly payment to be and how much I was looking to get for my trade. In the end, I feel we made a great deal. I got an extremely fair price for my trade and my monthly payment is right around where I wanted it to be. One of the best parts is how quick this whole transaction took place. Sunday we stopped in - just to look - and by Tuesday I was already picking up my truck. I also have to mention that it was refreshing to feel comfortable doing some of the paperwork without my husband there. Normally when we purchase a car I want him to be there because I'm afraid the dealer could take advantage of the fact that I don't know much about cars. But this was not the case. I did much of the initial paperwork by myself on Monday and felt that everything was fully explained to me and all of my questions were openly answered. In addition to Vinny, Johanna in finance was also great to deal with. No paperwork hassles at all. When we went to sign the final paperwork, she actually explained what we were signing. Most finance people just tell you "sign here, sign here, sign here" and you're left squinting at all the fine print, wondering exactly what you're signing. And while she explained the extras we could opt for, she wasn't pushy about getting us to purchase them. I also have to comment on how great Vinny was at getting back to us. I emailed him several times and my husband called a few times. In both cases, Vinny returned the email/phone call within the half hour. From start to finish, I am very happy with my experience with Albany Dodge and my new Dodge Ram. Go to Albany Dodge - you won't be disappointed! More
