I would recommend this dealership. The prices were very reasonable and the service was good. The reason that I could not give the dealership a "great" rating is just because of the length of time that we reasonable and the service was good. We were told to come in to pick up our new vehicle, but when we got there the Motor Vehicles paperwork was not ready. It ended up taking two hours to get everything done because we had to wait over an hour for paperwork. I have heard that there is quite a bit of waiting at most dealerships, so I'm going to assume that this is the norm. Other that that, we were very pleased with our time at Albany Dodge. They offered us a fair price for our trade and secured us a great interest rate for our loan. The salesman was very accomodating and went out of his way to make our time sitting in the dealership pleasant. I will definitely consider Albany Dodge when I am in the market for another vehicle.
