I love the service at Albany Dodge because they have "Service Specials", one of their specials was with a coupon they had sent me, pay for 1 oil change, get 3 free. The truck sold itself, all Matt and Tyson had to do was the paperwork and they did an excellent job at that. Had a small problem with the dealership higherups but Matt and Tyson resolved it and I am a happy owner of my 5th Dodge Ram. I would most likely go back when its time for a new one. More

During our several trips to Albany Dodge doing test drives of Chargers the people in the dealership were all very nice and welcoming. I kept saying the Charger for us would be there just after we close and it was. The day we went to make our purchase a 2012 black top package arrived and Tyson had told Joe about it just arriving and they both went and got her and when I saw her I knew she was the one I fell in love. So after the magic it was off to Johnna and she worked her magic and she is amazing and got me such a good deal on her because of this dealership and the staff they made my dream come true. I have never had a car that was just mine and this was an amazing experience with wonderful people. I love my car so very much.
