An overall fantastic experience. I had found the vehicle I was interested in on AUTOTRADER.COM, and when I went to Albany Dodge to view it, I was greeted by Vinny. I have purchased vehicles for 30 years an I was interested in on AUTOTRADER.COM, and when I went to Albany Dodge to view it, I was greeted by Vinny. I have purchased vehicles for 30 years and have never once felt as comfortable as I did dealing with Vinny. At no point during my experience did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I even told him I needed to think about it overnight and he said "no problem, call me when you are ready". Other dealerships have said "I will need a good faith deposit to hold this vehicle for you while you think" and we all know where that leads. I ended up with vehicle I wanted and it was described perfectly on AUTOTRADER.COM. Nothing was non-disclosed. There was no delay in receiving a requested CARFAX report, it was even available for free on-line. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and actually can't wait to buy another new car. More

Service was for an oil change with an appointment. The vehicle was taken right away, the service advisor had everything ready. Appointment was for 7:30 AM and I was home by 8:30 AM. This is the second time ive been through the car buying experience and i absolutely loved this one better than the first. Kyle did an amazing job helping me get into my "new" car.
