I started a search on the internet and made an appointment to come to your dealer ship to look at a specific truck that I was already approved to purchase, But upon my arrival to your dealer ship appointment to come to your dealer ship to look at a specific truck that I was already approved to purchase, But upon my arrival to your dealer ship I was then informed that the truck had been sold and delivered and that you didn't have any more left in that price range. Jessica Young is whom I spoke with in connection with the truck I Had picked out over the internet. She then informed me that the truck I initially drove 2(two) hours to pick up was sold. Jessica then sent me to Vinny, It seemed to me that she just pushed me off because she screwed up. Vinny and Johann did every thing in there power to help me and they did. I would recommend a visit to the dealer ship in person but refuse to recommend doing any business with your dealership over the internet. We went in to Albany Dodge to trade in our 2003 Caddy for a minivan. Joseph Amash was our salesman and he showed great patience with our situation.
