As far as the sales part goes Chad was very helpful in getting us into a vehicle that was suited for our family. As far as the service we had the truck there several times. 1st time for break light(on getting us into a vehicle that was suited for our family. Was sent away with the tail light working and not the break light. 2nd time we were there for the break light again which was fixed and an issue with the transmission (vibration @ 35mph and a clunk when it goes into reverse of course it doesn't do it all the time so it didn't happen when it was there)at which point the truck was compared to antoher vehicle (by listening to it not by checking it out). 3rd time we were there was to have the driver side door seal replace and again to have the tranmission checked out and once again was told there was nothing wrong with it that it was normal for a Dodge Ram. *For the record I don't believe it's normal we have friends that have a Dodge Ram and theirs doesn't make that noise or have the vibration @ 35*.In my belief it was the mechanics who didn't want to take the time to fully inspect what the problem could really be. Other than the tranmission issues of the vehicle, Rick Rigney from the service department was very courteous and friendly and did what he could to get us in there in timely fashion. More
