I arrived at Albany Dodge "just looking" for a new vehicle. I really did not expect to buy that afternoon. Joe Amash showed me several Caravans and helped me to compare various models to get the new vehicle. I really did not expect to buy that afternoon. Joe Amash showed me several Caravans and helped me to compare various models to get the features I was looking for. The test drive was great! The van handled very well and was extremely comfortable to drive. Joe and I discussed my needs for a deal. While I went home to get my car's title, Joe and Aimee Hladik arranged the financing, transfer of insurance and registration, and made sure my "new" 2011 Dodge Caravan was inspected and ready to go, completely HASSLE FREE. Joe and Aimee completed ALL the paperwork and had me in my choice of vehicle in just a few hours. Very friendly and helpful. More

I began to shop at Albany Dodge just to look. From the begining I was directed to to my sales consultant Matt Dyer. Matt informed me that the vehicle i was interested in was about to lose an incentive. begining I was directed to to my sales consultant Matt Dyer. Matt informed me that the vehicle i was interested in was about to lose an incentive. Matt took the time to educate me on the vehicle and was never pressured to make the sale due to the time constraints. Matt worked pass his scheduled time and we both hammered out an agreement that I and the dealership was happy with. Upon delivery my vehicle was delivered on time and with the added options that I had asked for. Annette had made sure the aftermarket items had been installed as asked. i could have not asked for an easier purchase of a vehicle More

I was very pleased with my new car purchase from Albany Dodge. The car was very clean and ready to go when promised. Would have liked to receive more money for my trade in and more money off the price of t Dodge. The car was very clean and ready to go when promised. Your shop rate of $92 an hour seems high. Also you charge more for your parts than outside mechanics. I bought my vehicle at Albany Dodge and have kept probably 95% of my work there over the last 5 years. I more for your parts than outside mechanics. I bought my vehicle at Albany Dodge and have kept probably 95% of my work there over the last 5 years. I like the continuity and the fact that all my maintenance records are in one place with the original vendor. Having said all of that, I have occasionally quoted outside mechanics on a job here or there, depending on what the work is. Without fail, every other source is less expensive (often by a large margin ) than Albany Dodge. Example: last week You quoted me $800 something for the replacement of my rear A/C evaporator. I got 2 other quotes, one was $650. And the other was $540 for the same job. As I said, I do try to keep my work with you, but when there is a $300 disparity (nearly 40%), that is too much. If it were 5 or 10% more, I would still keep the work with you , but not when you're 40% higher. Otherwise , I am very happy with Albany Dodge and have had a very good experience from purchase to payoff and most "senior car" maintenance and repair work. Keep up the great work, but please take a hard look at your repair and maintenance charges. More
In the market to buy a new caravan for our family and we checked Albany dodge first because of their large selection. We were greeted by roop after browsing for some time. He was very interested in what W checked Albany dodge first because of their large selection. We were greeted by roop after browsing for some time. He was very interested in what WE were interested in and was never pushy or pressured us in any way. He showed us many vans in different price ranges and never tried to talk us into something over our price range. He was a pleasure to do business with. We really felt like he was on our side. Our experience with the dealership, managers and financial people was just as wonderful. They were very determined to get our family into a brand new van at a price we could afford and they were able to very quickly. They were great at returning calls and emails. We will absolutely recommend them to all of our friends and will be back in the future! More
I will never buy another Dodge, let alone send anyone near Albany Dodge. This was the worst buying experience ever. Bought a used Dodge Diesel truck with 26,000 miles on it. At the time of sale we asked near Albany Dodge. This was the worst buying experience ever. Bought a used Dodge Diesel truck with 26,000 miles on it. At the time of sale we asked for an extended warranty. Were told we couldn't purchase one. Had to return two days later because the truck tires were completely dry-rotted. Had to argue with Albany Dodge to have them replace the tires. At that time we were told we could have purchased an extended warranty, but it was too late now. Had MANY, MANY issues with the truck. Over $2,000.00 of repair work and Dodge STILL couldn't figure out what was wrong. Found out the truck had been used for plowing and they tried to hide it ( no wonder they didnt want to sell us an extended warranty). When we tried to lodge a complaint with Dodge, we got a call from a (very nice) gentleman in India who did not speak English very well and could not understand what we were telling him. Horrible, horrible experience. We traded that truck in on a Nissan Titan and have never looked back. American car companies wonder why they are in trouble? It's nonsense like what we went through with Albany Dodge. We were told at some point the gentlemen who sold us the truck had retired. But not a single person, from sales to service treated us well at Albany Dodge. More
