I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. When I got there the sales person I was to meet with was Alan. He was double booked on appointments and left me waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. Couldn't answer my questions and did not follow up with me at all. I called the dealership and spoke to Rocco, the Sales Manager, and he was great. He convinced me to come back in and when I went in the second time I met with Vinny. Vinny did a great job answering all my questions and working with me. He took care of everything and made my experience great. Thanks to Vinny I will recommend Albany Dodge.
