I am not sure why. maybe I am just unluckey everytime I need to come in for service it is a horrible experience.A simple oil change should not take a hour and a half when you are now required to schedule a need to come in for service it is a horrible experience.A simple oil change should not take a hour and a half when you are now required to schedule an appointment.I was in this past saturday for an inspection and it took 2 hours.40 mins of which my car sat in the bay finished before the service person brought me my bill so I could pay.Previously i have had experiences with my dodge ram that had a leaky shock.nothing major it was a warrenty issue.they did not have the part and ordered it. the part came in and I scheduled an appointment for the repair.upon arrival I told annette what I was there for. I left the vehicle because my mother was dying in the hospital.I came back to pick it up in the afternoon and annete told me yes you have a leaky shock.the truck did not get fixed and sat there all day.she went outside and would not come back in until I left.I have purchased 4 vehicles with you in the last 6 years and don't think I will buy anymore from you.everyone who walks in there on a saturday morning seems hungover,or miserable.the people in the service dept. always seem to drop the ball.
