One negative aspect I would say is that Roop doesn't provide you with information you ask for. He did not immediately offer the price of the vehicle. Nor did he supply me with the car facts which I still have not yet received. My experience with Tyson Mannix was equally as great as Roop. Tyson was very friendly and personable. I too have a problem with Tyson because I asked him for a copy of the car facts and he has yet provided me with one. My bad on my part. I experience a brief encounter with Rick Rigney in the service department for some work on the vehicle. I feel comfortable with his knowledge of the vehicle and he assured me that if I have any problems with the vehicle, to bring it right back to him. Hopefully, when I got back to Dodge, I will be able to get a copy of the car facts. :) More

I had lost my email from my droid and the print out from my computer for my free oil change and tire rotation, this was offered to me because it was my birthday. On the appointment day Aimee told me that she can not pullup the email and that she would need the code from the email.( I finally found the original email after bringing the truck home and paying $26.95) There is no code in the email, so Aimee could of fixed the bill so that I would not have to pay anything. I would used the coupon in the correct time span, if Aimee used some customer satisfaction, after all I drove 17 miles from Clifton Park to Albany and returned. I passed a Dodge dealership along the way in Latham,and countless oil changing business too numerous to count. If I had went to the closest Dodge dealership and asked them to honor the Albany Dodge coupon without the coupon they might of said "yes". Especially if I promised them my business in the future.I have had no issues with Albany Dodge in the pass 2 years, but there's a first time! More

We recommend Albany dodge because after looking at several other dealers, this was the best. We originally went to Albany Dodge and loved the truck we saw but wanted to shop around. Was the second time I was in for a recall, again out of the part. Described the problem I was having with the front end when turning right or left. We returned from a weekend in Connecticut to find an advertising mailer from Albany Dodge. We figured, "What the heck. It can't hurt to look." We had a Dakota 4wd and knew that one day we would replace advertising mailer from Albany Dodge. We figured, "What the heck. It can't hurt to look." We had a Dakota 4wd and knew that one day we would replace it with a Ram 4WD. Well, thanks to Roop and Tyson, we now own a 2012 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4WD. They made the experience very pleasant...Roop was VERY friendly and patient, running in and out with several sets of keys on a Sunday near closing time! Once we settled on a specific truck, he and Tyson worked out a very agreeable deal with us and the rest is history. We picked up our new truck yesterday and we already love it. We would highly recommend Albany Dodge to anyone looking for their own Dodge vehicle. More

The dealership was friendly but I always had to wait atleast an hour before being seen. I seemed to be rushed when it came to the paperwork.
