Overall my experience with Albany Dodge and Kyle was very good. Everyone was very nice and the price for my new truck was good. After making three phone calls and physically visiting three other dealers, we went to Albany Dodge. We gave Alan Diamond our name and telephone number and told him what we were looking for. At this point we have not heard from any other dealers. Alan found exactly the van we were looking for, made sure it was in great shape when we purchased it, and did all of this in less than a week. He is a great salesperson. He listens to his customers, finds what they want at a good price, and does this without being pushy and overbearing. He is easy to talk to and does his job extremely well. Everyone we dealt with at Albany Dodge was friendly, efficient, and competent. More
Service was great and fast. Kyle dealt with me over the phone and had everything prepared on his end for my arrival at Albany Dodge. Matt Dyer was a good salesperson and was not pushy. He didn't get frustrated when i told him I didn't really want a Ram but wanted to do my due dilligence. as usual the service rendered by albany dodge was excellent. the wait time for the completion of the oil chsne was minimal and i never have any doubts about the thourghness of the service staff. i do excellent. the wait time for the completion of the oil chsne was minimal and i never have any doubts about the thourghness of the service staff. i do have a complaint regarding the sales staff however as the tires that came with my new vehicle purchase were crap (the tire brand was kuhmo)and had to be replaced after 19,000 miles. the sales staff basically provided me with lip service and while waiting for them to re-contact me (as promnised) my tires got to the point where they were unsafe to drive on. one member of the sales team told me there were no issues with my tires and that i should just continue to drive on them, however i went to a tire retailer and all four tiresa were beyond the wear bars. sfter informing my sales contact of this, he asked that i give them a chance to see if they could get me a price break some where and thats the last i heard from them. i place this lack of responsiveness on the shoulders of the manager of the sales department. apparently his concern and those of his staff is to sell new cars and never follow up with customers concerns. agAIN, I would like to state that the service staff is as good as any around, but the actions (or lack thetreof) by the sales teem gets an F rating by me. More
