I was having no issues with my car until I went to have 4 new tires put on. After this was done there was a low air level light and I called the dealership to tell them. The response was it wasn't a big d new tires put on. After this was done there was a low air level light and I called the dealership to tell them. The response was it wasn't a big deal the sensors have to be reset so bring it in when you have time. When I brought in my vehicle for an oil change they looked at the sensors and said that 2 of them were broken and cost $76 a piece to fix. As there was no problem before I had new tires put on in their service department, and right after the sensor light was on I expected them to fix the TWO sensors which had been broken when they put on the new tires. I explained that I could overlook one of these being ruined but when putting 4 tires on to have 2 sensors not work after shows that they broke them and would not budge on replacing them. I am in the process of getting paperwork together to check the probability of 2 of them breaking at the same time, my phone records showing that I called right after receiving new tires and getting this issue fixed by those who broke it. I will not be returning to albany dodge for any type of service. If they corrected the issue, that would have been fine, but I don't enjoy being lied to. More

I went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy, but Alan and Johna spent time with me thru the proccess of buying my new 2012 Ram 1500. I was a little offended by my vehicle trade in offer from his manger as he never looked at the vehicle before the initial offer. After a quick inspection and back and forth negotiating we finally came to an agreement and I purchased the vehicle. Alan was never pushy in the process and went to his manger with every offer I had made for the vehicle. I would recommend sitting down with Alan if you are looking at a new Dodge. ps. I came in for a tire service on a 2011 Dodge Journey. I am disappointed I had to buy new tires at only 24,000 miles, but that's another story. She then immediately took care of the problem and even offered a coupon to save a few bucks. No one likes spending money on repairs but I think Albany Dodge was fair and efficient. My only complaint is that I wish the waiting room was more comfortable. I have seen other local dealerships and Albany Dodge definitely falls short on comfort. More

All i can say is JOE worked very hard to get us in our new truck. As time goes on he will be very good a what he does,not that he is bad now. He trys very hard to keep you happy.Only thing im not happy new truck. As time goes on he will be very good a what he does,not that he is bad now.
