Comments about the delivery: Paperwork was not completed for promised delivery time (actually 1 hour 15 minutes later). Truck was delivered with less than 1/4 tank of gas. This is really bush league and reflects negatively on Albany Dodge, I have bought multiple cars from different dealers and always have taken delivery with a full tank, this is now expected by customers paying $40,000+ for a new vehicle. Had to return to the dealership a few days later to correct erroneous title information. Definitely not the smoothest delivery. The salesperson was very friendly and a pleasure to work with and very apologetic for the issues. More
Joe and Tyson were great -- very helpful and friendly. They were courteous and went out of their way to make the deal happen. I definitely recommend them. They were courteous and went out of their way to make the deal happen. I definitely recommend them. More

He was funny, trying to joke around with me from the start. I got a good deal on a new Dodge Ram 1500. He helped get the financing all set and I had my new truck within a couple of days. Over all, I am very happy with my truck and my total experience at Albany Dodge with the salesman Al Diamond. More

I had great service....I think the dealership should consider oil changes as free maintenance if you purchase a car from them. A very pleasurable visit, your team goes well beyond exceeding anyone's expectations. I will definitely recommend for their services. I didn't have a lot of time to comparison shop and wanted to compare quotes from a few dealers so I tried making inquiries via email. I was given a quote from a competitor and asked Kelli at Albany Dodge if to compare quotes from a few dealers so I tried making inquiries via email. I was given a quote from a competitor and asked Kelli at Albany Dodge if she could match it. She came back with a better price and set me up to meet with Vince Bucher over the weekend. Both Kelli and Vince helped to make this a great experience both in saving time and most of all money. Great doing business with you! More
Alan Diamond was a very good salesman. He made you feel right at home. He did not pressure us into a sale. He gave us private time to discuss things. While doing so he was very grandfatherly to our boys, right at home. He did not pressure us into a sale. He gave us private time to discuss things. While doing so he was very grandfatherly to our boys, showing them around the dealership and making their wait time an enjoyable experience. He offered the suggestion of letting us take the truck home for the day to help us in our decision making. We will highly recommend Alan to anyone we know that is considering a new vehicle. More
The negotiation aspect went fine as I dealt with Suzanne Bisson, Albany dodge's internet rep. We agreed on a price and trade value for my car. When I came in on Saturday 4/7/12 to finalize the purchase I Bisson, Albany dodge's internet rep. We agreed on a price and trade value for my car. When I came in on Saturday 4/7/12 to finalize the purchase I was sent into the finance office to sign papers. However, I noticed a discrepancy on the purchase order ($91 above the agreed upon sales price and then was told they didn't actually have the paperwork for my new dodge. So I did not end up signing a purchase agreement even though that is why I was led into the finance office. That was fine and I paid the required $100 down payment to acquire the Durango from a different Dodge dealer. I was told they could complete the sale by making delivery on Tuesday 4/10/12. Then I called to find out Tues if delivery was still going to happen because I had to leave town on Wed. Vince waited until the end of the business day to call me and inform me that I would not be picking up the Durango because the person that transports the vehicles called in sick Mon and Tues. I was told I could pick it up on Mon 4/16. So I took 4 hours off from work to complete the transaction on Monday. I had previously told Vince Bucher, the sales rep, what documents my credit union needed to complete my loan (purchase invoice AND window sticker). I told him verbally and via email. I left several messages with him to see if he sent what was needed. I kept checking with my credit union and they did not receive the window sticker. I left several messages for Vince and didn’t get a call back until near the end of the day. I called and told Vince and he said he would take care of it. It finally gets to almost the time the credit union was closing and they still didn't receive the sticker. They closed and I was unable to close on the loan costing me $190 in lost wages due to taking time off for the day. I completed the transaction the next day (again taking time off from work) but the Dodge didn't have a second key fob (the other dealer apparently lost it) so I was told I would have to come back for it after so they could program it. When I was being shown the vehicle before I took it home I noticed it did not have the push to start button I thought it should have had (it has the keyless enter and go package). Vince Bucher said no it doesn't come with it. I said okay figuring he knew better than I what should be on the vehicle. Also the car did not have a full tank of gas (it was a little under 3/4 full) which was the first time in buying a new car that I didn't get a full tank of gas with a new car. I get home and read the manual and find it is supposed to have the push to start button. I called Vince and he said he would get one for me. He told me to come in anytime Sat to get it and the new key fob. I came in on Sat and they had the button but didn't not have the key fob ready for me. Then they told me the techs that program the keys left at 11am so it could not be done. So now I have to return yet another time to have the key fob programmed. I should have had both the button and the keyfob when I picked up the vehicle. They had a week from when I was originally told the truck would be ready for pick up to get everything in order. They didn’t even take delivery of the truck until the 4/16 when they could have had it delivered the week before. All they had to do was go to a dealer in Massachusetts to pick it up. Albany is not exactly close to my residence and I am putting unnecessary miles and using gas I should not have to use to get something I should have had when the car was delivered. Vince told me Saturday to call him any day this week when I wanted to pick up the key and he would make arrangements to get me in and out fast. He said it takes about 15 mins to program the key. So I call Vince today at 9:30am to see if he can get me in by noon. He has not even called me back. I tried to schedule an appt myself today and service transferred me to another salesman named Kevin who I left a message with and has not called me back either. I love the Durango but am very unimpressed with the Dealer. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience either at the time of sale or when I returned either. The whole process has been quite disappointing to me actually. I am sure another local Dodge dealer could match the good price I got on the Durango. Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else. More
we originally had stopped in just to look at a grand caravan with no intention on buying one that day. I had been researching for months and Albany Dodge had the biggest selection. Kyle came right out caravan with no intention on buying one that day. I had been researching for months and Albany Dodge had the biggest selection. Kyle came right out to us in the pouring rain. We skipped from vehicle to vehicle to compare. we finally found one that we liked but still had no intention on buying. Kyle was never pushy or aggressive. He worked with Mike and made us an offer that we couldnt say no to. The experience was never stressful and I will definately recommend them to anyone I talk to. We will be in need of another vehicle soon and will definately be back More
