I have always been happy with Albany Dodge in the past.This time when I brought my 2010 Dodge Journey in for service,I asked the girl to make a note that my Lo Wash light keeps coming on.When I picke past.This time when I brought my 2010 Dodge Journey in for service,I asked the girl to make a note that my Lo Wash light keeps coming on.When I picked my truck up and drove away,the light came on.Also,this visit they did not put paper down on driver's side floor.I had just vacuumed the car and there was dirt on my rugs.Also,this visit I was not asked if I was waiting or leaving the vechicle.I wasted 3 hours,only to find that the truck was ready much earlier. Our experience was a pleasant one. Kyle worked very hard for a week to try to locate us a challenger we could afford. Got what I wanted. Did not get all the terms I wanted but I figure its not really his fault. I plan to have the truck a year and come back and trade it in. We recently purchased a new Grand Caravan and had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Having four children, it was difficult to find time to go into the dealership to work on the details of the new purch pleasure of working with Kyle.
