Long story short, my visit started on a very poor note, I had set up an appointment to test drive a car at 7pm the night before the test drive, arrived for test drive the next morning at 10am and was told th had set up an appointment to test drive a car at 7pm the night before the test drive, arrived for test drive the next morning at 10am and was told the car was sold and delivered already. Test drove something else that Kyle suggested, although it met my needs it had some problems and I was upset about the vehicle I was supposed to be driving not being available. I let Kyle know this was really bothering me and it turned out that the vehicle I was supposed to test drive was actually still there, but there was a ton of confusion as to where it was. Not sure how you lose a car? Kyle was very nice though and it all turned out Ok, I purchased the car I originally was after for a reasonable price. Kyle took care of everything very professionally. Kyle was a low pressure salesmen, and took care of everything I asked for, I would highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a car. More
When I got my truck, there were greasy finger prints on the door handle and on the back seat. The drivers floor mat had greasy foot prints as well. I understand working on vehicles your hands and shoes could get greasy but come on before releasing it to the customer one should do a check over to make sure if the inside of the vehicle gets greasy one should clean it. The same goes on the body. I cleaned greasy prints off the hood and fenders when I got home. When I mentioned and showed Tony about the grease in the interior he sent it back to the shop to get it cleaned up. He did apolizied about the grease. More
I purchased a used car from them in July on the internet. They delivered it the next day from Albany to where I live in Watertown,ny. From the first day they delivered it I had problems with it. Called them the next day and they were very rude and said they will not fix it and hung up. Called 2 more days they ignored me. As of now I have the attorney general on them. I have 3000.00 dollars worth of repairs that they will not fix. 1372.00 for front end struts and 1000.00 for rackin pinion and tire pressure monitors burned out at 150.00 a tire and the tires on the back are bad. So I have to replace all 4 tires at 700.00 for them. Also the hood of the car is all hood damaged with stone marks all over it. I will spread their unfairness and their terrible customer service. They should be ashamed after I explained to them I was 2 months looking for a car for what my insurance company gave me for a totaled car. And I spent over 1500 renting a car until I found one I could afford for the estimate the insurance gave me. THEY R CROOKS !!!! STAY AWAY!!! THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER AFTER PURCHASE. THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW!!! More

We have the most awful experience with this place. We purchased a 2011good Dodge Caravan at the beginning of July and for the 2nd time my husband is sitting at the dealership with the van b/c we have som purchased a 2011good Dodge Caravan at the beginning of July and for the 2nd time my husband is sitting at the dealership with the van b/c we have some problems that apparently no one thought would be noticed. We had/have no spare tire, or jack which the salesman said was probably taken by delivery person. Went in for alignment cuz it pulled to the right. Got it home and guess what? Pulls to the right! When i called to speak to our salesman about the situation he was very rude and when I started questioning things he hung up on me. I called and spoke to sales manager who was super nice and seemed very understanding. Spoke to service manager got an appt set up. My husband gets there for appt which was 9 am. Typical start for this experience, they have a meeting they have to do before they can start our vehicle, oh and how convenient they dont have us in appt book? Thank you Tyson for having written it down for your records. So overall experience for this place is self evident. Do what you will with our review. More
My experience at Albany Dodge was second to none in all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles. Vinny Notaro was above and beyond what I expected and he made this the best sales transaction I have eve my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles. I called the Service Department to ask how much it would cost to program 2 transponder keys for my Grand Caravan. The man I spoke with told me it would take a half hour labor and cost $55. plus tax. I did make a note of that, however I did not get the man's name. About a week later, I called to make an appointment (Tuesday 7/24/12). I spoke with Annette. She told me it would cost $89.95. I told her I was quoted $55 plus tax, and that maybe I should have made the appointment with the man I spoke with before. She said it doesn't matter what you were quoted, the charge will be $89.95. No "Sorry sir, it was a mistake, the actual charge is $89.95". I asked if I could speak with the Service Manager, Kevin. She said he wasn't in now but would be in later. I left several messages for him on Tuesday but he did not return my calls Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday, about 1 PM, I had the keys programed, everyone there was professional. The car was handled well, and the new keys work fine. When I was checking out, Annette asked me what was the SECOND estimate that I received. I replied $90. Later, reading my service report, I noticed it said: "Customer hereby acknowledges receiving original estimate of $90.00 (+TAX)", not the $55 I told them I was originally quoted. Misquoted, no apology, no call back from the Service Manager. I won't be back. More
