Joe was really great with to work with. He was very attentive to all of our needs and had a great experience at Albany Dodge. However, I bought a 2012 Dodge Caravan which came from a rent a car- it attentive to all of our needs and had a great experience at Albany Dodge. However, I bought a 2012 Dodge Caravan which came from a rent a car- it had 25,000 on it. I only received one key and now in order to get a spare I have to take at least an hour and a half out of my time to go have one made. Also when purchasing the vehicle they were offering a free 32 inch TV's and stated we would receive the tv in one week. Well it is going on three weeks and still haven't received the TV. This is not my salesmans fault and he has spoken to the management about this. I feel if the dealership offers a gift for purchasing a car they should have the gifts in stock so you don't have to find the time to go back and pick it up. That is my only complaint. More

Aimee and Carlos were fantastic. Service writer understood my needs and tech was on of the best I ever saw. Aimee kept the cost less than I expected. Everything went very smooth, took the car out for a test drive, had very short and simple negotiations. On the way to get a cashier's check they started the re-inspection of the car and found an issue with drive, had very short and simple negotiations. This was my 3rd visit to your service center for routine work. The young man who helped me had only been on the job for 7 days but did a good job. I'm still not clear why it takes 2 hours for an oil change work. The young man who helped me had only been on the job for 7 days but did a good job. I'm still not clear why it takes 2 hours for an oil change and that is why I'm I don't feel like the service overall is "great". In the past with other service centers I was able to be in and out w/i an hour for a simple oil change. I did have a couple of other things done but each time I have been there the time frame has been the same. Loving my new car though. Not really happy about having to log in to complete this survey though. The name I have checked in the Employee worked with is not necessarily accurate because I cannot remember his name. More

From the phone call to schedule, to the call by 9AM THE NEXT MORNING AFTER EVENING DROP OFF (with all the information I needed to proceed!!) I was impressed! They even asked me what time I needed my car by, and then drove my car up for me instead of me having to walk around back and find it which was the old way! I need rear brakes now, had front done and will consider it, the only hesitation is that the labor was $170 and the parts $70...so it really is pretty expensive labor compared to other garages.
