I was allowed to take delivery of a vehicle which clearly had a serious problem, i.e. passenger air bag was not functioning. I specifically told the service rep that I could not be late. Let me say that Nissan customer service was completely ineffectual. It will be a long time before I consider another Nissan vehicle. I came into this dealership and my first impression was very great, it was very clean and i had someone walking up to help me within minutes of looking on the lot. And when i came to pick up my car i checked it over real good and i couldnt find a thing wrong with it. I went to Destination Nissan on Monday, April 8th, 2013 to find out the possibilities of trading my 2011 Kia Sorrento in for a new lease. We met Ricki and from the start he was great to deal with.
