I came here to get my car looked at since the service engine light had popped on. After explaining the reason for my visit to Aimee I was passed on to Chris because someone she knew had come in. After sitting there for two hours I inquired. My car had been done for a while they just had not talked to me yet. I then had to wait another hour for them to do the oil change I asked for at the beginning. Once the car was complete they had charged me an extra 18 for the oil change and I would have been charged if I didnt review the bill carefully. When told reasons my check engine light was on the estimated me a price 50% higher than anywhere else. On a side note, while waiting I watched them interact with different customers. The only people they were nice to were the cops. More

I gave the rating I gave because for my second experience of getting an oil change; was only ok. I wasn't notified that the location of the service department moved; so I went to the place were I purchased of getting an oil change; was only ok. Once I got to the right location; my oil change was done in the allowed time. One of the things I would like to be added is being able to get a car wash ticket;to be used at my convience. I had an appointment one day and was told by aimee that I didn't. Then i brought it back the next saturday for service and my car is still making a noise. It isn't as loud as it was but it has the same ori didn't. Then i brought it back the next saturday for service and my car is still making a noise. At the time the warranty covered it but i'm sure my warranty won't cover the problem now so I will have to pay for whatever the problem is and it has to do with the exhaust still!!! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, NYS inspection, and tire rotation. I did not have an appointment, but I was able to drop my vehicle off and pick it up later in the day. From the moment we stepped onto the showroom floor, we were greeted by Mike Vitallo. He won us over with his genuine and charismatic personality. We were indecisive on a color and he suggested and offered to bring around a Java Metallic Altima. When he pulled the car up front, the color made a bold statement. Mike did a good job explaining the features and why the car was a good overall value for the money. We decided to go ahead and purchase the car. We came back the next day to finalize everything. Mike explained every step every bit of the way and made sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He also mentioned if we're not fond of reading owners manuals, there is a Nissan website that had animated videos of all the specs on the car. Thanks Mike for helping us start the New Year in Style!
