I had an appointment one day and was told by aimee that I didn't. Then i brought it back the next saturday for service and my car is still making a noise. At the time the warranty covered it but i'm sure my warranty won't cover the problem now so I will have to pay for whatever the problem is and it has to do with the exhaust still!!! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, NYS inspection, and tire rotation. I did not have an appointment, but I was able to drop my vehicle off and pick it up later in the day. The only complaint that I had was that one of the coupons offered a fee car wash in small print and the vehicle did not get washed. More
From the moment we stepped onto the showroom floor, we were greeted by Mike Vitallo. He won us over with his genuine and charismatic personality. We told him we were interested in a 2013 Altima and he inv were greeted by Mike Vitallo. He won us over with his genuine and charismatic personality. We told him we were interested in a 2013 Altima and he invited us into his office to discuss colors and models. We were indecisive on a color and he suggested and offered to bring around a Java Metallic Altima. When he pulled the car up front, the color made a bold statement. Mike did a good job explaining the features and why the car was a good overall value for the money. We decided to go ahead and purchase the car. We came back the next day to finalize everything. Mike explained every step every bit of the way and made sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He also mentioned if we're not fond of reading owners manuals, there is a Nissan website that had animated videos of all the specs on the car. Thanks Mike for helping us start the New Year in Style! The service requested was an oil change and to check and top off all fluids. I specifically asked the customer service rep to have the technician top off the antifreeze because the level was at the minimum top off all fluids. I specifically asked the customer service rep to have the technician top off the antifreeze because the level was at the minimum mark. When I got home after the service appointment, I checked the antifreeze reservoir and it was not touched. I called Destination Nissan and asked if I could bring the car back to have the antifreeze topped off. They said no problem. My wife drove the car back a couple of days later and requested the antifreeze be topped off. A technician tended to the car. When my wife came home, I checked under the hood and the reservoir level was only slightly higher. I give up!!! Why couldn't you simply top off the level to the max indicator which is where it probably should be as per the owners manual???? Who has the time to make a return trip for such a simple thing that should have been addressed the very first time? What is even more frustrating is that I specifically asked for the reservoir to be topped off. Your level of service could be top-notch but when simple things like this get over looked, the overall service reputation takes a major and unnecessary negative hit. Do you agree? More
