We got the "new guy". Chris had just started the week before, he was right up front about that, and that's fine, but, that's where you lose the one star on "Quality of work",call it a minor time the week before, he was right up front about that, and that's fine, but, that's where you lose the one star on "Quality of work",call it a minor time penalty because everything he did was reviewed very carefully by someone else, as it should be. Everything else was, as stated above, great! The staff could not have been accommodating, my god, This one guy couldn't walk by without offering us food, you know, coffee, cookies etc. It was a riot! Anyway, If you want to get treated like family then Destination Nissan is where you should go. LOL. More

i went into the nissan dealer without an appointment for my regular oil/filter change and had no problem what so ever getting my car in and out. As a post-grad on a budget, I was very nervous about going into my first-ever "big girl" car buying experience. I'm happy to say that Rickie Massie and the staff at Destination Nissan eased all of my concerns and I drove home today in a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Nissan Rogue. Rickie answered any question that I asked and helped me weigh the pros and cons of the 2012 vs another vehicle I was interested in. I also never felt pressured by anyone at the dealership, not even when I took some time to go home and think about it before signing any paperwork. When I made my decision, Rickie efficiently helped me get my paperwork and registrations in order so the process was as smooth as possible. Finally, this was my first "big girl" purchase, but the financing manager I worked with was able to get loan terms that were affordable and a wonderful APR.
