Although the interest rate was high I could expect that with my credit being the way it is, but he got it done and in a coue of years everything will be good and can do something better with refinancing.. was really happy with Alan Diamond he was great. he got us where we wanted to be until the finance person raised the price and didn't inform us until we picked up the car and was informed that the price we us where we wanted to be until the finance person raised the price and didn't inform us until we picked up the car and was informed that the price went up by $13.00. we were asked to give $500.00 down payment to bring it down to $429.00. we were happy with that. Why wasn't we informed before we came to pick up the car up. we loved the car so we finally decided to take it but that wasn't fair to us. Alan Diamond was a real help and thought we worked it all out. when we told him he said he wasn't informed. We are retired and have a limited finances to live on so we have to know what we have to pay every month. More
