Destination Nissan seemed like a kind of laid back place. I got the truck I wanted, but the whole process seemed very slow. He also did a follow-up call to discuss any problems, and then helped me troubleshoot the fact that the radio was not working because it was missing its antenna. I initially visited Destination Nissan just to see what Nissan offered in their Frontier pickup truck, but saw that they had what I was looking for and met Roop, who was very friendly and accomodating. I did an inventory search on the web and they were the only Nissan dealer in the New York/New England area that had the specific truck (white Frontier King Cab Pro-4X) I was looking for. Their sales manager (Rocco) and finance manager (Eric) were both very accomodating when it came to negotiating the deal. I hadn't bought a new vehicle in 25 years and they all made it less "painful" than I expected. I'd recommend them to anyone. More

I just bought a beautiful BLUE Mazda3 at Destination Nissan and am very pleased. Roop was my salesman and he stuck by me even when the banks made some objections (lousy credit). When we examined a new Versa we both lost our footing in the deep snow and fell on top of each other. We struggled like wet cats for a minute till we found some solid purchase. Easy, friendly,reasonable, convenient service. My only issue was that I saw my car was ready, but it took nearly 20 minutes before someone came to inform me .
