I strongly dislike this place as well as the service I received from my service adviser Chris. Chris was very rude and pompous. I had to visit my great friend Dustin Rose from the body shop (& thank my l received from my service adviser Chris. Chris was very rude and pompous. I had to visit my great friend Dustin Rose from the body shop (& thank my lucky stars for him) to make any led way as to figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. Chris REFUSED to allow me to walk through the dealership and instead made me drive around the back to the body shop. I dropped my vehicle off for service at 8 AM and did not receive a call from the service department about what was wrong with my vehicle until I initiated contact with them five hours later. Even after calling and talking with Chris, they still did not know what was wrong with my vehicle after having it for five hours. (Oh yes, I did have an appointment scheduled with them) After being informed of what was wrong with my vehicle and instructing them to "fix" my car, I realized I had been charged $33 for parts but a whopping $262 for labor!!!!!!!! This is my fist and last Nissan vehicle ever!!!!! Let's not forget that I had paid (November 2011) out of pocket $4300 for a new engine after my original engine on my 2004 vehicle with 77k miles had coolant in three out of four of the cylinders. How does this even happen, I have no idea. But that's not the worst part of it all, they indirectly tried to tell me that my $4300 of out of pocket hard earned cash only warranted 12 months of Nissan's warranty. It's way too hard to find a honest and trustworthy vehicle or dealership. Absolutely no more Nissan for me. They will also never have to worry about getting any of my hard earned cash either!!!! More

The waiting area is comfortable, and shuttle service has been readily available when needed. More

I had to bring my Rogue in for an oil change and NYS inspection. I did not have an appointment but they took me in right away. The wait was not long at all. There are several places to sit comfortably a inspection. I did not have an appointment but they took me in right away. The wait was not long at all. There are several places to sit comfortably and grab a free coffee, watch tv, read magazines or watch tv. My only real issue was that since it was my first time there I found it difficult to locate the service area. It was not clear where I needed to bring the car. One of the employees saw me looking confused and helped me out so that was nice. The only other issue was that when I got my car back, the service techs left the paper mat in the car and forgot to put the oil change reminder sticker on the windshield. I told the ASM, Chris and he immediately took care of it. Overall it was a good experience. More

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Destination Nissan with the skilled help of Roop Singh. Trading in a car for a new one has never been on my list of favorite things to do. Roop made the process fairly with the skilled help of Roop Singh. Trading in a car for a new one has never been on my list of favorite things to do. Roop made the process fairly easy. He was a gentleman. There was no pressure, no stress during the process. When Roop offered a test drive I wanted to drive on I-90 at 55 mph. That was not a problem. Before the test drive we sat in the car and Roop explained all the bells and whistles. He spent a lot of time with me walking the lot looking at different cars until I choose the car I wanted. The negotiation on the new car and trade in was straight forward . No nickel and dime stuff. I even got a zero interest rate for three years plus a $500 rebate. Thanks Roop for getting me into my new Altima. More

What is most appreciated is the time and effort put into searching and fixing the issues reported when you arrive for service. On both visits, there were problems which needed resolving. The team made sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction before I left. They also took road tests with me to be sure they fixed what I reported. This is a great group of techs. I also appreciate the respect they show to their customers. It is so rare these days! More
