My appointment was October 1, 2013 at 8am, The Service person that showed me where to park my car when I initially arrived was very friendly. The one I checked in with was not. I gave him my name and he person that showed me where to park my car when I initially arrived was very friendly. The one I checked in with was not. I gave him my name and he told me that my name was not down for an appointment. I gave him the name of the person I made my appointment with a few weeks before along with the time and date. He acted as though it was my mistake that my name was not down for an appointment. He never acknowledged it was a mistake just instructed me where to sit. Mr. Olarinde came to me in the waiting area once my car was done to let me know about my car and to acknowledge and apologize for not putting my name down for an appointment. The cashier was also friendly. More

Fortunately, Destination Nissan had the make and model I was looking for in stock, and we were able to make a deal the same day we saw the car. I picked it up 2 days later, and am loving it.
