My husband and I were in the market for a replacement vehicle which was recently totaled in an accident. Vinnie approached us, introduced himself and asked us "what are we looking for" and how much do we want to spend? We sat down with him talked numbers - then he did his magic and my husband and I went on a test drive. Vinnie and his team met our numbers - we were very pleased. It was a great experience to deal with a sales person who we felt was professional, not trying to just make a deal but looking for the customer. The benefits of bring our vehicle in and service presented to us took stress off my mind; a shuttle service to bring me to work is great. I wish there was more Vinnie's out there. I came for an oil change. I mentioned to Bob that while I was on vacation the brake light came on. I foolishly touched the disk brake and burned my fingers. I have to note that while waiting in the customer service area two employees, one male and one female got into a verbal conflict. The male was obviously upset with the female and started the conflict. Several customers were in the area. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. The female had the good sense to remove herself from the scene. The male just kept on running his mouth. I was shocked that such unprofessional conduct would take place in public view like this.
