I brought my 2012 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by an advisor (Ed Olarinde) and he wrote up the work order and explained each step to me and asked if I had any questio tire rotation. I told him yes and he told me to have a seat in the customer waiting lounge, watch TV and have a cup of coffee and he would let me know as soon as my car was ready. The work was finished in a very reasonable amount of time and when Ed came to me with the billing, he explained it to me and again asked if I had any questions. He then wished me a good day, I paid and went to my car and left. A very pleasant experience. More

We were at the end of our lease on a 2011 Murano that we purchased from another area dealership. After receiving a flyer in the mail, we came to Destination. Giovanni was friendly and accommodating. We entered the dealership, "just looking" and with the help of Jim DeSantis we found everything we wanted for at a great price and decided to stop our search and purchase a Nissan Versa Note. He listened to our concerns, reviewed all car possibilities, gave us a great test drive and then sat us down to discuss all options that were available. We arrived at a price that was workable and the car had much more than we had anticipated we would be able to purchase. We were pleased with the finance person, Eric Cangelosi, who helped us understand the financing and credit options so we felt we were making a good financial decision with our purchase. Jim also took the time to introduce us to one of the service team that we would be working with. When we picked up the vehicle we had a very thorough review of the car, inside and out, and all of the information needed to enjoy the car AND we were given a FULL tank of gas. Jim assured us he was only a phone call away if we had any more questions or needed help. We drove away, totally pleased with the sales experience and felt comfortable that we would be working with a supportive team that would take care of any future needs. More

This was my first new car purchase, one that I had been putting off for as long as possible. I had looked around for a while but was hesitant to make any major moves towards buy one. I didn’t want to get pressured or pushed towards that wouldn’t ultimately work well for me. I also didn’t have much money to put towards a new car and needed a payment plan that was doable. I needed something that I could afford but wanted something I would be comfortable driving in and would want to show off to my friends. A friend of mine had recently purchased a vehicle from Destination Nissan and was incredibly happy. He recommended that I go them out and see what they could do for me. We were able to work the same Sales Consultant, George, and they interacted like they were old friend. George was really easy to work. He listened to what I had to work with, what I needed, and also what I wanted in a vehicle. He was able to find me a few different options that were within my means. I was really confident in George’s understanding of finding me the best deal and that he was on top of the details. I was also appreciative of how thorough and efficient he was with processing the paper work. (He even brought me coffee while I was waiting, and you can’t go wrong with that. ;) ) I’ve been really happy with my Nissan Versa and I have absolutely no regrets purchasing from Destination Nissan or working with George. I arrived for my oil change appointment and my car was immediately processed and taken away to the service department. After checking in with Ed, my oil change was completed in 30-40 minutes. Took my truck in for an oil change and to have a slow tire leak looked at. Mark walked me through everything from start to finish. They found that I had picked up a nail in the tire. Was able to change my oil and plug the tire all in under an hour of my arrival. Couldn't have asked for anything more. More
