I just visited albany nissan, my sales person was lela she was friendly. I talk to her a about the car i was interested in she turn my papers to tyson who we spoke to and told him our price range, we ask she was friendly. After being there all day lela charge my credit card $100.00 to secure the car. The next day she call me that everything was ok with the car and that she needed me to bring all my documents witch i did and she told me everything its good all i need its to change your insurance to the new car so i pay $60.00 for that and i sign all the paper work and i told her i be back when everything is done. She call me to come back she takes my trade in do all my paperwork then at the end she send me to the financial office to do my last paper work. I sit in this office and the guy who is taking care my account don,t seem happy at all he givee me this paper to sign with a payment of $700.00 a month which i was a surprise to us cause he have been at the dealer and no one mention that the payments and the numbers had change. So we told him to put the money back to my account and that we were done. On our way out Tyson came and show me another car and he said this car would be in our price range so we told him to work it out and the next day nothing we call and the finance dept guy was not in and the next day the sales lady was not in three days later still no calls no information on this deal and my insurance its on another card. The third day i go to the dealer to get a refund on my money and no one came out to talk to us not even the sales lady. Very disatified with this dealer and how they treat their costumers. More
I arrived at the service center bright and early in the morning (7:25 AM) and was immediately welcomed by Mark. We had luck with her Rogue and saw your add in the paper for a 228 down and 228 a month lease on a Altima. I told her we would try it but if they pulled the ole bait n switch we are outta there. Boy were we surprized !!! We were greeted in the sales room by a very pleasant and friendly young lady, Johanna. We were not hassled as soon as we stepped out of the car like other places. We had the newspaper ad and she quickly found the car for us to test drive. During the test drive she answered all our questions. She was knowledgable about the car, the warranties and the dealership. She was not pushie, knew her stuff and did not act like she was doing us a favor like other car salesmen we have dealt with. When it came time to talk money she took our deal to the manager with all our questions. My blood pressure was rising as we sat waiting for the inevitablei bait n switch. But, much to our surprise that never happened!!! The manager came over and was very nice and professional. He went over all the numbers which were exactly what was in the paper and answered all our questions. After we agreed on the deal Johanna took over and promptly got all the paperwork ready and told us everything we would need. She also offered to do some of the leg work with the insurance co to make sure everything was set when we showed up the next day to get the car. I should also mention that my wife and i did not like the color of the car in the ad so they found the exact car she wanted with the exact interior she wanted for the same deal !!! Johanna came in on her day off to make sure the car was clean and ready to go. Johanna and the dealership were a wonderful surprize during a trying time for us. I test drove a used 2012 Nissan Altima and I specifically asked George if the car I was driving was a rental. He said NO. A day later(Saturday, October 26), I purchased the vehicle and he told me that it was asked George if the car I was driving was a rental. He said NO. A day later(Saturday, October 26), I purchased the vehicle and he told me that it was inspected and everything was all set so I took his word for it.(BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART). I got home and went to put my son's car seat into the vehicle and realized the seat belt did not budge. I drove back there and talked to him about it and he said " yeah, you're right. Bring it in Monday. I found it strange that it passed inspection but George said that back seats didn't need to be checked. That night, when I had more time to inspect it, not only did I find RENTAL PAPERWORK(Hmm, George told me it wasn't even a rental) in the glove box, my daughter used the armrest in the backseat and saw that the cup holder was sticky. I also found gouges on the back bumper. The good thing on George's part was that he was smart enough to check that it was a rental on the Bill of Sale and he got his wish when I was too naive to even notice it when I signed the paperwork. That Monday(October 28th), I brought the car back to fix the seat belt and express my concerns. As far as the sticky cup holder, George said that he would take care of that which he never ended up doing and as far as the gouges, he pretty much said "Too bad, you bought it as is." I wasn't even asking for a new bumper. All I asked was "Could you touch it up for me?. I know that I should've been more prepared going into the dealership but you would think they would want me to at least be content. At least he was nice enough to offer to sell me the touch up paint so I could do it myself. I meant that in a very sarcastic way seeing that the gouges were there before I bought it. Back to the seat belt. I was there for an hour and a half before Annette, from Service told me that they need a part and that they would call me when it came in. That call did not come until that Friday afternoon which meant I couldn't get it fixed until today, November 4th. The gentleman that was at the desk where you checked in was very nice but unfortunately, only Annette had knowledge of what was going on with my car. I don't know if she was having a bad day today but she seemed so annoyed with me and I really got the impression that she was just hoping that I would shut up and just get out and leave her alone. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. If you should purchase a car here: 1. MAKE SURE YOU FULLY INSPECT THE INSIDE 2: MAKE SURE YOU FULLY INSPECT THE OUTSIDE 3. READ THE BILL OF SALE AND SEE IF YOUR CAR REALLY IS A RENTAL 4. CHECK THE TIRES ( I was also told that they didn't even supply me with new tires and that I'd probably need a new set soon) It really is a shame that I can't feel good about the large purchase I made. I guess we learn from our mistakes. More

I went there for regular maintance (oil/filter) also I had my snow tires put on for the winter months. This services took 1 hr. that I think is to long of a wait. I had to pick up my wife & was running late so I paid for the service & left. Looking over my invoice I notice I was charged $10.00 misc. for mount & balance 4 tires. I called your service dept. (ext 1207) person on the phone said it was for wheel weights, in all the years that I had my tires changed I never heard of being charged extra for balancing tires. I told the guy this & he said in his own words to bad we do charge for wheel weights. I told him he lost my bussiness I will never get service there again, he said OK, fine. We had an amazing experience with Destination Nissan. My wife and I visited a few days in a row last week to test drive the Versa Note, the Juke and the Rogue and to talk about leasing options for each. My appointment was October 1, 2013 at 8am, The Service person that showed me where to park my car when I initially arrived was very friendly. The one I checked in with was not. I gave him my name and he told me that my name was not down for an appointment. I gave him the name of the person I made my appointment with a few weeks before along with the time and date. He acted as though it was my mistake that my name was not down for an appointment. He never acknowledged it was a mistake just instructed me where to sit. Mr. Olarinde came to me in the waiting area once my car was done to let me know about my car and to acknowledge and apologize for not putting my name down for an appointment. The cashier was also friendly. More
