I was so impressed with Ed upon arriving at the service center for my first oil change on my car. When I first arrived, he jokingly asked where I had been as I was over the recommended mileage for the oil center for my first oil change on my car. Like many others, life gets away from me sometimes & finding a day off to get these things done sometimes gets forgotten. Nonetheless, the oil got changed & Ed advised me I also needed my tires rotated, which was fine. While I was waiting for my car, I casually mentioned to Ed & the other nice lady (pregnant..didn't get her name..sorry!) that when my Altima was delivered I did not know anything about any of the features & was having a hard time getting my bluetooth set up. Ed stated no problem, he would go over all my questions once the service was completed. I know this is out of his 'norm' for his job, but I can't even begin to tell you how helpful & patient he was with me. I hate to sound like a typical female, but as long as the car starts & goes I don't understand a lot of the other perks my beautiful car had to offer. It took us 3 times to get bluetooth set up, as I guess my first name sounds a lot like "cancel" to the car so we had to start over! Finally settled on a name for my phone..it's brand..and it is now functioning perfectly! There were a couple of other things I had no idea about..but Ed & the entire service department that I dealt with were wonderful & I wish I had the words that truly reflected how grateful I am that someone took time out of their day to help me with a few basic questions. That plus a car wash when it was completed..it's the little things that mean a lot..and I thank you all so very much! More
Sent my wife in to get a oil change on her Rav 4, not only did they get her oil change done in under 20 minutes, BUT they washed her car too! When we picked the car up Bill had all the paperwork ready, and the transaction took less than an hour. We had a very bad experience buying a used 2011 Infiniti at Bay Ridge Nissan in Brooklyn, and still have not received everything promised by them, so the excellent experiece we had with Destination Nissan and Bill Jones has been very much appreciated. More

Scott Hammond and Suzanne Bisson went above and beyond to meet our needs. The price they gave us was great and threw in a couple extras that made us very happy. Also one of the managers took care of us also by throwing in a remote start. Not sure of his name, but was friendly and took care of us. Overall one of the best experiences buying a car we have had and we have bought many. will definitely be back when it's time for a new one. Thanks More
the customer service experience is a little shaky. I noticed they pulled my car to the bay after they repaired it but after several minutes I hadn't been given me the repair order paperwork so I could p noticed they pulled my car to the bay after they repaired it but after several minutes I hadn't been given me the repair order paperwork so I could pay and leave. I walked over to the glass door to make sure it was actually my car in the bay and noticed the service rep who should have been writing up my bill was rather chatting with several other workers. She saw me look over and said she was working on my paperwork. when I paid to leave the lady who took my payment was also concurrently having a side conversation with another worker. finally, when I went to leave I noticed my car had not been given the free crash wash they offer. I asked the service rep about it and he had the car washed and said since it was drizzling they must not be doing car washes. the prior 3 customers who left before me had all been given car washes so I think in reality they just forgot to do my car or didn't want to be bothered with it. I know very little about cars so I am forced to trust the dealer very much. The little things I noticed yesterday makes me very unlikely to go back to this dealer for service. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I knew about all the features this beautiful 2009 Toyota Camry had to offer and he even drove the car to the back roads for me because I told him I was afraid to test drive the car on Central Ave. I told him that I was worried about getting the vehicle financed as it had been many years since I had financed a car and he assured me that he would likely get this done. I hope Destination realizes the gem they have in Jim and I will definitely be his customer in the future! More

I called two days before my visit to schedule the service, stating that I had put several thousand miles on it and wanted it checked out. When the service man spoke to me on the day of the visit, he service, stating that I had put several thousand miles on it and wanted it checked out. When the service man spoke to me on the day of the visit, he asked why i "wanted an inspection" since it had passed inspection in September 2013. I explained that I wanted the car checked out, not inspected. He called back to say that only the tires needed to be rotated. I OK'd that and paid $19.95 (he had told me the cost when he called) when I picked up the car. I must say that the young lady that takes the payments is very nice, friendly and polite. More
After purchasing a 2013 preowned Nissan Altima at another dealer. To my dismay, I discovered several problems from the interior lights, bluetooth, and the alternator. I took my vehicle into Destination Nissa dealer. To my dismay, I discovered several problems from the interior lights, bluetooth, and the alternator. I took my vehicle into Destination Nissan and was greeted by Ed. Ed informed me that the issues should all still be covered under the manufacturers warranty and they would make the car right. It took several visits to the Dealership because the parts were on order, but Ed kept me informed every step of the way as to where we were at. Ed offered assistance with a rental car and scheduling to make sure my needs were met. At the end of the day, the car was fixed and runs absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience from Ed or the service team at Destination Nissan. More
