We were looking for a basic new car for my 78yr old mother beacuse her car was totalled when a drunk driver hit her. George was able to find a vehicle that met all of our needs except the color was lighter than our 1st choice. But he worked with us to make it fit into her budjet. He realized she wasn't comfortable driving in central Ave, so he took us on some side streets and let her do her test drive there. Being short the car George set us up with was perfect for her. She used to struggled to see in her old vehicle when parking and now she is having a much easier time getting around. I wish i knew this place was around when i purchased my new car last year. I got no help at the other local Nissan dealers when i was shopping and ended up with a toyota although Nissan was my 1st choice. More
I ended up totaling my first car that I got from Destination Nissan :( I was in love with it, but had a great experience my first time at DN so I went back to the same dealer/salesman. I was able to find another car for a good price in a short time. Very happy with the service, availability, friendliness, everything. They're very willing to cater to you and your needs at the dealership. 10/10. More
I walked into Destination Nissan, it was clean, everyone was very friendly. Mike Vitallo was an excellent Salesman. Friendly, extrememly helpful. Very professional. On 11/02/2013 I met Mr Mannix. Let me tell you, this man is a genuine caring person who is not a car guy. I traveled to New York to see my Dad who was very sick with cancer. During the second to last conversation I had with my Dad he asked me if I could git his truck sold so his wife would not have an extra bill. I too am in the business and could have brought his truck home and taken care of it. I decided to see what I could do locally. First I went to Lia Nissan where they were too concerned about lunch and really wouldn't give me the time of day. Leaving there fustrated I headed to Albany. When i walked in everyone was very friendly and I asked to speak directly to the used car buyer. Tyson came out, I told him what was going on. He looked at my Dads truck and without hesitation he said he would buy it for payoff. I cannot express enough gratitued to this man and his dealership, Obviously this dealership not only cares about selling cars but the also care about people. Car guys often get a bad name. Some earn it but most don't. I was so excited to get back to see my dad and let him know I handled this for him. I let him know I took care of the truck for him and of course he asked what dd I get for it, when I told him payoff he squeezed my hand and thanked me. On 11/4/13 shortly after midnight my dad lost his fight, My final conversation with my Dad was awesome partly because of Tyson Mannix and whoever Destination Nissan was smart enough to hire this man More
Well lets start by saying I purchased my 2012 Altima last April from Armory they were really great over there. Now with Destination Nissan the customer service waite what customer service . I have a white Al April from Armory they were really great over there. Now with Destination Nissan the customer service waite what customer service . I have a white Altima had it in for rust spots all over they told me it was from the exhaust. Thought that was crazy as they are still all over my car. I delt with Mark W not a really friendly guy I had my car in for service for a few things wheel bearing noise could find anything wrong. Keep in mind I already had a wheel bearing replaced at around 34,000 miles. My windows where really slow doing down so they only did the front two not the rear two said to me people normally dont look at the rear windows. I can keep going on but one more thing I had my drivers side floor mat replace before 36,000 miles but now at 56,000 the mat has ripped again , they told me there is no longer a warrently on that as it was a 12 month 12,000 mile warrently . I stated seriously it isn't like brakes or tires that get constent wear and tear. Seriously all they need to do is give me one new mat and I would of been satisfied but NO . So with that said due to my past experiances I will not consider buying another Nissan next year from DESTINATION NISSAN as I love my Altima . No SERVICE left in customer service. So with that said you lost a customer and believe me word of mouth is a killer. More

All sales personnel should emulate Giovanni's approach. I have had my eye on the Rogue for a while now and have heard great things about the car from friends who own one. Destination Nissan put me in one the next day...less than 24 hours later. I didn't bow to them for the car I wanted, we worked together. I have purchased my share of cars over the years, and this was my best experience out of all of them. More

My overall experience was great! The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy whatsoever. I worked with Bill Jones who cared to thoroughly go over the vehicle I was interested in. The service representatives generally have been able to accommodate our scheduling needs and have been attentive to our concerns. The work has been done well. The waiting area is comfortable, and shuttle service has been readily available when needed. The most recent service was for routine maintenance and a NYS inspection; a repair need was identified that was necessary to pass inspection, and it was addressed expeditiously. More
