Fuccillo ships in kids from around the state and they wear sneakers and sweatshirts and sit you down at a card table in the showroom. Brian was dressed in a shirt and tie and greeted us with a friendly attitude and professionalism. He sat us down asked a few questions and negotiated our number. I have bought/leased 6 Nissan vehicles in the last 4 years for myself, my business and my family. I will be back to Destination Nissan. More

The employees at Destination Nissan went above and beyond to not only locate a hard to find new car for me but to also offer a great price and a fair value on my trade, all with great service. Brian spent extra time with me explaining some of the cool features of the new vehicle to ensure we knew how everything worked, including the AWD systems and on board navigation system. The service representatives generally have been able to accommodate our scheduling needs and have been attentive to our concerns. The work has been done well. The waiting area is comfortable, and shuttle service has been readily available when needed. The most recent service was for routine maintenance. An appointment was made to accommodate our scheduling needs, and the work was done expeditiously. Annette (whom we have found to be very helpful in the past) carefully reviewed the work that was done, and we discussed future service needs that we plan to have addressed by this dealer. More

I hadn't dealt with this dealership before and wasn't sure what I'd find or how I'd be treated. I was pleased and surprised to be greeted promptly and courteously. I felt that Greg (my salespers wasn't sure what I'd find or how I'd be treated. I was pleased and surprised to be greeted promptly and courteously. I felt that Greg (my salesperson) listened to me, didn't try to oversell or bamboozle me and was responsive, helpful and friendly at every turn. After a test drive, during which we discussed a number of questions, Greg made sure to address all of them with his manager as they prepared a proposal. The proposal seemed more than fair, I did not feel pressured (which is important to me) and I decided to lease the car. So, I feel that I'm at the beginning of what I hope will be a good leasing experience. I'm impressed so far. And I got a new TV into the bargain. So far, so good. I was so impressed with Ed upon arriving at the service center for my first oil change on my car. When I first arrived, he jokingly asked where I had been as I was over the recommended mileage for the oil center for my first oil change on my car. When I first arrived, he jokingly asked where I had been as I was over the recommended mileage for the oil change. Like many others, life gets away from me sometimes & finding a day off to get these things done sometimes gets forgotten. Nonetheless, the oil got changed & Ed advised me I also needed my tires rotated, which was fine. While I was waiting for my car, I casually mentioned to Ed & the other nice lady (pregnant..didn't get her name..sorry!) that when my Altima was delivered I did not know anything about any of the features & was having a hard time getting my bluetooth set up. Ed stated no problem, he would go over all my questions once the service was completed. I know this is out of his 'norm' for his job, but I can't even begin to tell you how helpful & patient he was with me. I hate to sound like a typical female, but as long as the car starts & goes I don't understand a lot of the other perks my beautiful car had to offer. It took us 3 times to get bluetooth set up, as I guess my first name sounds a lot like "cancel" to the car so we had to start over! Finally settled on a name for my phone..it's brand..and it is now functioning perfectly! There were a couple of other things I had no idea about..but Ed & the entire service department that I dealt with were wonderful & I wish I had the words that truly reflected how grateful I am that someone took time out of their day to help me with a few basic questions. That plus a car wash when it was completed..it's the little things that mean a lot..and I thank you all so very much! More
Sent my wife in to get a oil change on her Rav 4, not only did they get her oil change done in under 20 minutes, BUT they washed her car too!
