Excellence as Always On Thursday, April 17, I took my 2012 Nissan Rogue to Destination Nissan for the annual duty of having my snow tires removed and the regular tires mou On Thursday, April 17, I took my 2012 Nissan Rogue to Destination Nissan for the annual duty of having my snow tires removed and the regular tires mounted, balanced and placed back on the vehicle. I arrived on time and was greeted immediately by at the door and the paperwork was taken care of. I was directed to the lounge area to wait and after a reasonable length of time, I was notified my vehicle was ready. I was also told that a Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection had been completed and everything had passed and that they had also done a car wash at no additional expense. I took my invoice to the cashier and was greeted by the friendly woman working there. After paying what I consider an acceptable charge, I was on my way in a clean, inspected and comfortable vehicle. I believe in returning to where I am given good service and when I am given excellent service I definitely will return. More

Time is not a consideration This is the second time I have had to come in for service on my car, and the experience was once again....slow. The first time I had to get work done This is the second time I have had to come in for service on my car, and the experience was once again....slow. The first time I had to get work done they told me to drop my car off and they would work on it right away, when that was not the case. They had my car for a week because they had to order parts. Meanwhile, I had to rent a car for a whole week on their mistake of not letting me know they didn't have the parts in yet. A little bit of a heads up would have been helpful, because i wouldn't have dropped off my car so early and had to dish out the extra money for a rental. The most recent time I set up an appointment for a warranty recall repair and they told me that if I dropped it off early it would be done by afternoon the next day. Needless to say, I still don't have my car. When I called them on day 2 when it was supposed to be done they told me they wouldn't have enough time in the day for it to be done, and then today when I called they still wouldn't have it done until the end of the day. It's very clear time really isn't a factor in their work... More

Nothing evokes terror in me more than the thought of purchasing a used car, particularly for a young inexperienced driver. I am very grateful to Destination Nissan for making this a painless experience for me. They understood what the parameters were for my purchase and treated me fairly, with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend them. I also own a new Nissan which was purchased from them and have the same thoughts about that experience.
