I really liked the fact that he wasn't pushy and gave me exactly the experience I was looking for. He was polite, knowledgeable and very patient. I felt like I had known him my entire life. I really dread buying a car because I hate obnoxious sales people. I can say with absolute sincerity that George was not that sales person. BEST experience ever at a car dealership!!! My wife and I have been slowly building back our credit score. On a whim, I decided to see if it was possible to lease a new 2014 Murano. Within a matter of 2 business days we were driving off the lot with a beautiful Murano. First Josh Cooper, the Internet Sales Specialist was super accommodating and friendly. If it wasn't for him, we never would have stopped by. Then, we met Rocco Peluso (Manager). He is the absolute best!! Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Deon, our sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Some of the other salesmen were also helping in getting the car ready to drive off the lot. They run a great ship at destination Nissan. RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!!! More

At the end of the alignment of my wife's car, (which took 1 1/2 hours, which was not unusual). My car was double-parked by an employee. I didn't get to leave for a full 1/2 hour afterward. More

Bad Experience I did not have a very pleasant experience when buying my last used car. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Sentra. I was told things that turned out not to be I did not have a very pleasant experience when buying my last used car. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Sentra. I was told things that turned out not to be true and at that point, I already had the car in my possession. I feel like after they had my money they no longer cared. I was told my car would be cleaned and when I received it, it was not cleaned on the outside or the inside. I also had to ask for my antenna because I realized that it was not on my car and I was about to drive off the lot. My salesperson tried to tell me initially that it did not come with an antenna. I will attribute most of my experience to the fact that she was new. I think I was her first sell. So I don't think I got the best experience that I could have. I also drove for a whole weekend without my temporary registration. When I called to let them know I was put on hold for nearly half an hour and did not end up speaking to anyone. I later had to text my salesperson and she let me know when I could come in to get it. That is something that should not be forgotten. They did end up adding Bluetooth to my car at no cost but she did not keep her promise in getting cleaning the car cleaned at a later date. More
