Prompt Service I called the service department on a Saturday morning for a NYS Inspection. It was the last day of the month and I had forgotten about getting my aut I called the service department on a Saturday morning for a NYS Inspection. It was the last day of the month and I had forgotten about getting my auto inspected. I was told that they were all booked up, but if I came over they would try to work me in. Since I needed this inspection I had little choice. In only 45 minutes, to my disbelief, the service advisor summoned me and told me that my auto was finished. Not only that, it had been washed and parked right outside the service door, all ready for me to drive away. As far as I was concerned, this was outstanding service. But, I wouldn't expect any less, as it was typical of the treatment I get every time i bring my auto in for service. Destination Nissan runs a superior service operation with efficent, friendly and highly professional staff. I am looking forward to my next service experience at Destination nissan. More

I felt as it i was a star for a day. They were very informative and polite and I enjoyed my visit there. The best experience i had was i am a diabetic and it was way past lunchtime and i felt that i needed to eat something quickly so I spoke directly t o the salesman a Deon Brace, who waited on me. He was superb and got me a sandwich and a drink. I cannot speak enough about the quality service at Destination Nissan. You Rock!!!! More

Great service! I decided to take my vehicle to a dealer since 2 other repair shops didn't seem to identify the problem that was causing the noise. I avoid taking my car to dealers for service because it seems like they always try to "sell" me something I don't need. All of the employees made me feel very comfortable and Sean was especially helpful in explaining all service charges and how they were determined. While I was waiting, various employees passed by, and all of them were smiling and made a point to say "hello". The service was completed very quickly and at a reasonable price. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! More

Car was NOT CPO, no second key provided, had to open a case with Nissan USA, ignored by GM and Sales Manager. FINALLY got Nissan USA to send a credit to get second key made and I will take it and ALL future service elsewhere. Will not give this dealer another DIME. More

Ran out of inspection stickers! I went for an inspection and oil change. They took me right away without an appointment, even though they were obviously busy. Service was completed q I went for an inspection and oil change. They took me right away without an appointment, even though they were obviously busy. Service was completed quickly too. The one issue is that they were out of inspection stickers! I have to go back another time, and someone will have to run through the inspection again before they can put a sticker on it! I'm leaving in a few days to be out of the country for 2 weeks, and my current inspection sticker will expire in that time. It's very inconvenient to have to go back to the dealership for the sticker when I'm busy preparing for my trip! The service staff was apologetic. More

I went to Destination Nissan to have crossbars installed on my Nissan Rogue; immediately upon arrival I was greeted outside by a very friendly service tech named Sean. Sean listened intently as I explained why I was there and that the reason I made an appointment rather than just "coming in" was because my schedule is a little hectic and I had another appointment I couldn't miss scheduled a few hours later. We then went inside where he wrote up my work order very quickly, at this time I also asked him if the rear cargo protector was now available since it wasn't available when I purchased my vehicle, he told me he would see what he could find and then showed us to the waiting area where he offered my young daughter and me fresh pastries, coffee, popcorn, etc. and a comfy place to sit. While we were waiting he came and checked on us several times and told me that he thought he found the mats I wanted but when he saw them he knew they weren't exactly what I was asking for (he told me he'd give me a call if they ever became available). When it was getting close to time that I needed to leave I approached Sean and let him know that I needed to leave in the next few minutes and he immediately went and found my vehicle (it was in the middle of being detailed-he told them to rinse it off) and immediately brought it to the front. He then finished up my paper work, double checking with me about the price I was quoted over the phone (because I told him when I got there how much I was quoted and it wasn't matching what the product price he had listed)...turns out I was quoted $25 too little over the phone (I told him it wasn't a big deal, I'll pay it) by another worker, so he adjusted the labor cost so it would even out and I'd pay what I was quoted over the phone. After I checked out with the very friendly cashier (didn't catch her name), Sean was waiting to open the door for me, then walked me to my car, opening the door for me to put my daughter in her car seat and waiting around until I was finished so he could shut the door for me too. I left Destination Nissan very happy with the service I received and kicking myself for not purchasing my vehicle from them in the first place! Destination Nissan should be very proud to have an honest, kind, caring, great listener like Sean working for them. Thanks again!!! More
